If I could have given 0 stars I would have. The manager is incredibly rude. They really dont care about making their customers happy. I have politely asked them to create a solution to a problem (that really shouldnt be a problem) more then three times. Not only was he extremely rude when, once again, I brought this issue again, but he smelled bad. Like, not showered in days and rolled around in an ashtray all day bad. If the manager smells that bad, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. Ive been in the service industry for YEARS and Ive seen managers like that and what their kitchen gets away with. Ive quit jobs because they didnt uphold hygiene. For yalls own safety I wouldnt eat here. Corporate either needs to clean house or get rid of this location all together. Ill be wasting $35 because Im too concerned that I will get food poisoning from the food. Save yourself some money and possibly your health.

For one ordered ziti pasta with my all u can eat promo meal was told had to eat with spaghetti noodles, so I asked if I upgrade to meatballs could I then get ziti, rigatoni noodles? So 20 later Herr comes my meal spaghetti noodles so asked waitress to get manager, to no avail he informed me that this request was impossible to do because its olive garden LAW that he could not make his guest happy apparently. For this reason alone I will never come and spend 75.00 to leave any freaking restaurant starving. Waitress was very nice, my guests were very satisfied,But on way home I got Burger King ,spent a total of 85.00 for a # one meal at the king, corporate will be hearing of this total disregard for customer satisfaction with a receipt of the bill I paid for nothing!!!

I used the call ahead service which was actually utilizing my mobile phone and monitoring via text which worked out wonderfully for our party of six at the peak of supper time. When we arrived they were kind enough to seat 3 of us as an incomplete party which was very nice. Everyone had a smile on their face in the midst of the hustyle and bustle. Our server was quick to get our drink order while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. The salad and bread sticks were fresh and replenished as needed. We each ordered our dinner from different and random areas of the menu. Our food was delivered promptly and was delicious and we all took home leftovers. Overall our server was very pleasant, genuine and personable.

I visited this location back in November 2016 for the elections. I picked up a to go order, $30 worth, around 9 pm. My hotel was conveniently located right around the corner. When I got to my room, I sat down and enjoyed my salad and bread sticks, but when I got to the main entree, Chicken Alfredo, it was cold and barely any sauce on the mainly dry noodles. I was truly disappointed. Never have I had this type of experience or lack thereof. I have since emailed the manager twice for a refund to no avail. He keeps telling me its in the mail, supposedly he canceled the previous gift card and mailed another one. I am still waiting...AND STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER TO CONTACT ME!!

Okay, its an american chain restaurant. The decor is campy, the food is fattening and inauthentic and the portions are ridiculously oversized. If that doesnt bother you, this is a great restaurant. The service has always been fantastic. No matter how busy it is the servers have time for you; every time Ive gone the manager has stopped by for a quick joke and to make sure everything is satisfactory; and best of all, they have a gluten free menu that has never given my celiac husband a reaction. When family is in town this is our choice of restaurant, and apparently a lot of other peoples as well, because this place is always packed.

My husband and I had our 26th anniversary lunch at the Denton location yesterday. My in-laws gave us a gift card to Olive Garden, we had not been in years...just because we do not live close to one. The restaurant was super clean...and All the staff were very friendly, with great service. The roasted garlic and rosemary chicken was awesome...the sweet tea was perfect! The marinara sauce and cheese sticks yummy, and the salad was fresh & awesome along with the best breadsticks. We made a wonderful memory here, thanks Olive Garden!!! I just made myself hungry for OG again! We will be back soon...

No bring me the f****** check! If I knew it was going to take all day just to make up their minds to sing a birthday song... Just for get it!!

Always love the food, our servers are always friendly and fast especially the bartenders. The ONLY complaint I have is within the last 6 months there has been a smell on the inside that smells like either animal pee or an extreme case of bad B.O. Maybe mold or something? A new employee? Im not sure, but we sit outside every time now. Which fine by us as its usually nice outside in the evening, l but in the winter Id like to be able to go inside and eat and enjoy my meal without a gagging smell.

We tried to make a Reservation for a birthday party group of 14 - Manager was not co-operative with our request to dine at 6:30 - said that was to late? Wanted us to come at 6:00 p.m. I explained we had people arriving from DFW and could not make it any earlier (6:30 was pushing it) . Didnt matter -This was requested for a Thursday evening - I have a problem with customer service like that - we will gladly spend our money elsewhere - and not go to this particuliar Olive Garden in the future.

I was in a large group and the restaurant was half empty. The hostesses told us to wait ten fifteen min. Understandable so we wait. Twenty mins later we finally get seated, after complaining. We watch twenty people get seated right away and another large group come in and get seated before us. That is what made me angry. I expressed this to the hostess and she rolled her eyes at me . Rude hostess , and lack of care for who came first. That ruined my whole experience, go to one in Frisco.

É um lugar que não é muito caro para se comer massa, por exemplo tem um combinado de massa com almôndegas ou linguiça italiana por que já inclui salada ou sopa por 11$ !!!! O ambiente é aconchegante !

I enjoy the Denton Olive Garden. I was raised by an Italian mother. I agree that their food is not traditional Italian, but they have some outstanding dishes. Their salad dressing tastes exactly like my grandmothers that I have NEVER been able to duplicate! The Chicken Scampi is to die for. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a reasonably priced dinner that tastes good.
