First of all, if you dont like the way the taste of Cicis pizza is, dont go there. But if you do happen to generally like a Cicis Pizza, then the only real issue is service and atmosphere. Im not a regular visitor to the Cicis Pizza in Denton off Loop 288, but visited on Sunday 03/04/12 with my family for dinner. The pizza itself tasted good. Where there were problems came from the fact that it was clear that the dining area hadnt been bussed, tables hadnt been washed, and the temperature in the restaurant was overly warm. There was spilled pizza and brownie all over the floor. When I asked if they had Hawaiian pizza, I was told "no," which frankly is unusual for a Cicis Pizza because normally I get asked "how many slices do you want?" While Im not sure if this is normal for this restaurant, Im pretty sure Im not going back to the Denton Cicis. I KNEW I should have eaten at Jasons Deli that night!

CiCis is a pizza buffet. You should know what your are getting before you go in there. That being said, CiCis is good enough to keep me coming back for over 20 years! They make good food, and they are willing to take care of their customers between allowing you to make custom orders, but also bring those items straight to your table so there is no interruption between eating and grabbing more tasty food. CiCis offers a product that is better than every fast food restaurant. If I am taking my family out, and price is a concern, Im going to CiCis. If Im taking my family out for a quick celebratory dinner after a winning soccer game, I will go to CiCis because not only is it a "fun" atmosphere, but they also have a mini arcade for you and your kids to enjoy after eating!

My wife and grandson have eaten at the Denton Ci Cis on Hwy 288 two times in the last month, both times on "busy" Friday nights. I was favorably impressed on our first trip, second trip was "even better" (pizza, salad, pasta, dessert, friendliness and service of staff, attitude of the mgr I congratulated) Been eating in Ci Cis for 30 years, this location is the best of the best. For the price, and what you get, you can not find a better family restaurant. Intend to go back soon.

Good is not FRESH the pizza is dried out, the salad was not FRESH at all theres brown pieces the tomatoes were soggy nothing fresh up on the line you ask for something and they get all uppity about it say was one of the worst days ever, you asked for some fresh tea and they get upset about it because theyre about 2 hours from closing then they get mad and they dont even make it right

Buffet food was undercooked to varying degrees. My wife ordered a pizza when we first paid for our meals and 45 minutes later and after being asked about it twice they STILL havent gotten it out to us. The place is a mess and the employees walk around at a snails pace eyes barely open. Will not be coming back!

The food was great! But my kids also like to go for the games and even with the new games they brought in 50% of the games never work.. 4 tokens for a game filled with Easter eggs and they where all filled with fake teeth and not even funny ones. 3 games out of 11 worked..

Good deal for what it is... IT SUCKS DEALING WITH A PISSED OFF EMPLOYEE THAT IS TRYING TO CLOSE THE DINING AREA WE ARE EATING IN AND GRIPING AT US BECAUSE HE IS READY TO MOP!! BLOCKING THE ISLES WITH CHAIRS AND MOP BUCKETS!! WE WILL LEAVE WHEN WE ARE DONE, BACK OFF!!

I dont really go here anymore but I remember thinking that the pizza was nasty and it is typically not very warm or fresh at all. I know I cant expect much from a pizza buffet but I mean, it could at least be warmer pizza and the location is always really messy.

The works are trash. There isnt any type of customer service at this "restruant". Its a shame this is the only cicis in Denton. The greeter or cashier should really be fired for her rudeness and being so disrespectful but the manger looks to be the same way.

Great price. Come on a Tuesday and 1 kid eats free. I paid under $12 for myself and 2 children to eat. The pizza has gotten way better over the last few years. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Ill definitely be coming back.

I found a long string of hair in my salad that wasnt from me because one, my hair is pulled up, and two because my hair is curly and it was straight hair. The manager said that he is just going to change out my plate

I really enjoyed the pizza and environment here! Itd perfect for larger groups and an overall fun time! The pizza is great and the workers were kind and helpful! In my mind, you cant go wrong with a pizza buffet!

Love the pizza and the salad bar. The best thing about this place is its affordable and the kids loved it they can eat pizza which all kids alive but also eat some vegetables from the salad bar

Bland-tasting garbage, which is to be expected being that they use the cheapest ingredients. Id rather have 7 slices of good pizza than 17 slices of this hoary hodgepodge. Avoid at all costs.

Normal cicis pizza place. This one is on east side of Denton and not so nice. Its always dirty and has a high turn over w their staff. I would not recommend taking your family here.
