Ate here around 9PM and had the most abysmal service Ive ever experienced. None of the tables were clean, when we sat down we had to ask for a rag and our "server" watched as we wiped it off ourselves. The dirty rag he gave us then stayed on the table for the duration of our stay. Our server also left without telling anyone before giving us our ticket. Dont go here for anything but breakfast, 2nd and 3rd shift are a joke.

Not a terribly busy location of the Awful Waffle. Generally great service, though it can be spotty. The food can be off the charts (Hello, Butter!), but choose wisely, Digger. YMMV. Nice spot and lot. I dont love their coffee, but I aint too picky when it comes to life-juice. They do make a nice burger and some kinda Philly. Springfield definitely benefits from having em.

Order waffle to come after meal , The only hot thing about waffle was plate, butter didnt even melt on waffle. Told MaryJane our waitress never offer to make it right. This is twice this has happen. 20.74 is to much to pay For eggs and bacon and to have waffle cold.

Service was great.michelle did a excellent job. The cook needs some training on how to cook using 2 hands and how to not burn the bacon and the ham. The bacon was good the second time around. We will be back, its the only waffle house in this small town.

Worst awful house ever. Service crap. Sat for 15 mins an ignored. Once coffee was given to us in a dirty cup with dirty silverware. No attention to detail at this location whatso ever. Where is a health inspector when you need one.

Trying to get a to go order is impossible when nobody will answer the phone. Never had a problem when weve dined in. However, they should answer the phone for a to go orders instead of letting it just ring and ring

Been here 4 times since it opened a year ago. Both carry out and dine in were great. I would choose waffle house over IHOP any day just for the great tasting portions and fair prices

Good. Would have liked it better if my waffle had been served while still hot enough to melt butter. Also too much sugar in the waffel, syrup makes it sweet enough.
