The food was great but the service was as slow as molasses in January. I watched the kid just hand 2 separate customers the food. No bag. One of them was super pissed. All she had ordered was cinnamon twists and they made her wait until the 3 food orders in front of her had been filled. It took about 2 minutes and then he just handed her stuff to her with no bag..... Unacceptable. There is a McDonalds a block away. I bet they get a lot of business from the lack of speed and service from taco bell.

This taco bell is ridiculous, half the food isnt made right, there is no such thing as a "box" for there box meals, they just fill a bag with a buck of half wrapped food. The food is decent and the workers seem friendly but it seems to fail in the management dept. They dont even have set hours! Sometimes they stay open till 12, sometimes 9, usually somewhere in the middle. And its anyones guess about the lobby We have learned to call ahead to see when they are planning on closing.

I have been waiting in the drive through, trapped.of course, for 20 minutes. It looks like there are about 10 angry people inside. Like the three angry people in front of me in the line, I ended up driving off without any food now Im late for work and Im hungry I will never go to this Taco Bell again nobody came to the window to even say Im sorry the person who I was ordering from over the intercom was rude to me. What a complete waste of my time

Bathroom are a WRECK. Super dirty. Toilet paper everywhere. Random..(water?)..on the floor. Sinks dirty. Toilets look like they havent been clean in a while. Even the HANDLE so you can leave the bathroom is literally covered in dirt. Plus it took about 15+ minutes to get our order. There were only like 4 people in the building getting food. Disgusting. Ive heard it said,"How clean a bathroom is shows how clean your food is gonna be." So gross.

Horrible service and every time Ive ate there they have messed my order up. I spent 20 dollars there this evening and didnt even get all of what I had ordered so when I told the "manager" that I was still missing two tacos I was told I was just trying to get free food!! Next time I will just drive a few more miles to the Spencer location.

I never have any issues with my orders, the food is always great, and the staff is normally very friendly. Would recommend! Edit 09/20/2016: My most recent visit here left me wondering about how sanitary this taco bell is. Avoid the bathrooms here. The staff is still very friendly as least.

We waited 20 min in the drive-thru just to get an order for 2 people. The cars behind us ended up walking into the store to find out what was going on. The lady behind us said there were only 3 employees working, and the manager was "just sitting on his ass, refusing to do anything."

Horrible, 2 times in a row service has sucked. This is not fast service food. Today I ordered and didnt get served until I went back to find out my order was not put in. I think this place needs to be restaffed. Taco Bell to take a look at this store and evaluate the issues.

The night shift is very friendly, fast, and considerate. The manager of night shift Haven Eder is a very good leader. She knows what she is doing. They keep the store very clean. I was very much satisfied with the whole expierience

Its a good place to grab a bite to eat any time of day. My only problem is Google doesnt know where anything is. Taco Bell is on the south side of 70 for all you out of towners.
