Worst experience at a Cicis. My sole purpose of going was because I seen an ad for the $5 buffet. Asked for the $5 buffet meal and was denied, their only explanation was "we are no longer doing that deal, but are doing a different one" I tried explaining to them that I just seen the ad that morning and they replied well it just stopped right then. I got two different explanations of why I couldnt have the $5 buffet deal. The other was because that particular Cicis chose to do the deal a month before(website stated in june the month of the deal) Even with being displeased with not getting the price I felt I deserved but the whole experience there was awful. Temp of room was too hot, food tasted like it had been sitting out a while, and a Mexican stuck his bare hand up the ice despenser when it was jammed(very unsanitary). I asked for a full refund and was denied because I sat down and ate, which was only a few slices of pizza because I was so disgusted by my visit there. The customer service was very piss poor along with everything else. Never have I been so insulted. Because of this one incident I will never go to another Cicis.

This place has went down hill the last month or two! Walked in tonight at 6 PM to eat dinner and the bar was empty and the salad was a mess! All tables where dirty and trash all over the floors. No soup or pasta I asked once at check in and 20 min later still none! Told manager and he did not respond to me just turned around and called out "need soup". The young lady at register said they where short handed. Still no excuse with two managers there! Very poor tonight and lost a customer!!!!

While at Cicis today a group of students came in for lunch (2 bus loads), children were well behaved. But what impressed me was the professional way the employees took care of this group, the pizzas kept coming, the bar was never empty, the employees took everything in stride. The two young men in charge never let themselves get frazzled! Very well managed today! Thank you Dennis and Trey! Great job!

There was no food on the bar, kids were running around screaming, people were sticking their hands in the food. We waited 20 minutes for food to even come out. It was dirty- food was everywhere. The staff members were wonderful, they tried to do everything to keep things going. Super friendly and always tried hard to make sure the customers were happy.

Price point is great, but this particular restaurant tends to run on the dirtier side since they switched to a "clean up after yourself" type system. There is only one cleaner ever on duty now, and at peak times its difficult to find a table that isnt gross, because theyre usually in the back doing dishes.

Great place! The kids love it, and its easy on the wallet! Even if you come in for the buffet, you can have personal pizzas made and brought to your table at no extra charge! So browse the buffet while your personal/custom is being made! We come probably two or three times a month.

Since the manager is comeback there is very good pizza pasta game room for kids salad bar and desserts tea Coke and other beverages nice atmosphere for family and parties very clean very good customer service very satisfied customer I am. great for the bucks unlimited Buffet

Out of pizza for the majority of our time there. People pouring in and having to wait 15+ minutes for anything. Poor selection available when commercials show a lot more to choose from. Bathroom in poor condition. Door lock broken, paper towel dispenser broken.

Their new changes suck. The plastic forks get plastic partials all in your food. They have no salt or anything like that. The vegetables in the salad bar were rotten and there was no pizza out. When pizza finally came out it was as hard as a rock and cold.

The food was overcooked and practically inedible. The customer service is terrible. They messed up our order and just apologized. Didnt offer to replace it or fix it. Needs a new manager that cares about quality rather than quantity.

This place was smelly, like dirty sewer water. They were out of Ranch dressing, and were out of 7 of their pizza choices. Had food spilt in front of the drink machine with a wet floor sign over it.
