I have been a customer of Waffle House many years but now I do not know if I will ever go back. Because of health reasons my wife and I usually drink water with lemon (1 slice). Today we went to get some dinner and was informed there is now a 50 cents charge for a slice of lemon. I am so tired of establishments nickel dime me on every little extra. If they are hurting so much please just raise the prices and figure the cost in my food. I cannot believe a slice of lemon is 50 cents. As of now I have decided not to go to a place that nickel dimes me to death. WE DO HAVE CHOICES. Another option is to take the amount out of the tip I would normally leave. Thank you management for making a bad decision . . . you have probably lost a good customer. A response is requested.

Came through Decatur on our way back to Georgia wasnt expecting much just the standard waffle house eat in but must say I was surprised. The place is really clean the Food was great and the Crew was amazing you could really see they enjoyed themselves and cared about our experience really impressed with the effort will be back and highly recommend. Ask for Kat or Sylvia and if your gonna eat Steak my wife had a sirloin medium and the cook stephanie got it perfect.

Toast was cold , waffle burned ,country ham under cooked. The cook was cleaning out a fridge without gloves and making food without washing hands. Didnt complain due to witnesing manager/cook threaten to arest a diner due to refusal to pay because of hair in food. The plate was not eaten from.I have not witnesses such horrible customer service. THE dining conditions and food together made my visit deplorable. hope this not a trend.

Store manager was very rude and hostile. Very unprofessional. Her name is M**ty at Decatur, AL location near the bridge. She was yelling, over talking me, and just flat out disrespectful. She even threatened me. I will be talking to my lawyer about this incident. I also called corporate. People should not be afraid of what employees are going to do to them when they walk into waffle house for a meal.

We have ate at this location many times and have always been satisfied but the food was OK, service was lacking hair in my husbands food. One of the employees had her children running in and out (some were teenagers) I know we have the freedom of speech but these there kids had language sailors would not use!! Will not be back.

Ate there last night around 6pm Great service and food really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people. Our waitress took great care of us i believe her name was sarah or something with an s will be back again highly best one in town only con was eggs but they were humble and the cook fixed it right away with a great attitude.

I love coming here only when KASEY is cooking and BROOK is the server they are the BEST!. Kasey is the BEST COOK EVER!! I rarely go when she is not working. And Brook is the sweetest server and she always made sure you have everything you need!!!!

The cook refused to pull food to start order. Flat out told the server no. Everyone was in disbelief. They werent busy . It my party of two and some guy at the bar. Never have I had a cook refused yo do their job. I wont be back.

We were traveling through from out of state. This is the best waffle house we ever ate at. We had 8 people and all orders were correct. The staff was friendly and professional. The place was clean. Very clean, even the restroom.

Third shift, K.C., Sylvia, Kat, Bob, and Trisha are the best. I would clone them for every shift, every day. They dont get no better than this Crew anywhere, and I am a 24 year Submarine Sailor and have been around the world.

Service was great, but very limited seating for 5 or more people. Was a 5 star till today. Waited 30 min to take my order then another 30 to get my food. Severely needs a faster or more cooks for breakfast times
