The entire meal was fine until the check was delivered. The amount of my total bill and tip was 50.00. About 2 hours later I checked my bank statement. Only to find that I had two separate chargers from Olive Garden. I called the manager and spoke with Tyler (he was very polite) who informed me that my bill had been discounted by the waitress and the difference had been written into the tip field. This is clearly theft by one of the employees. She removed a portion of my bill to increase her own tip. I am outraged at how I have been treated. I am furious at this woman and have great questions about her moral character. Did she wright down my card number? Is she planning on stealing from me, again? Her behavior is illegal and repulsive. I was treating my husband to lunch at what was once our favorite restaurant. I have spoken to several managers and they were very quick and respectful with the situation. From my understanding the waitress has been fired so hopefully no one else will have the same problem. I highly suggest that any patrons that were at this location on 5/25/14 carefully monitor your bill and bank statement.

Visited Olive Garden in Decatur Alabama on 4-20-13.Truly ran by INCOMPETENT staff. Ill be straight to the point. Waited 15-20 mins to a half empty restaurant, old food stuck to a supposed clean glass, hair in another glass,two drops of dressing on our salad,stale breadsticks that were not even warm, 11 year old daughter ordered chicken alfredo & they brought her an adult size portion which is almost 3 times the cost of a childs. I have never had bad service like this at Huntsville or Florence.

My daughter and I come for our birthdays ,but its not only time we go but thats our treat.she turned 18 and the waitress was so sweet she gave angel a desert she chose the apple one on a folded crust with ice cream and Carmel sauce it was amazing!!! Teramsu , lemon cake, and the fried sugar coated dough with chocolate sauce is yummy also..

Friendly waitress. While eating a roach crawled up the wall and onto a plant on top of a tall shelf. And when we told a woman says rudely "I dont see anything so there is nothing there" and the table behind us saw it as well. So we left after just getting our food. And the chicken in my sisters pasta was mainly fat. It was disgusting.

I have had good service here in the past, Ive also had to walk out. Im not going to sit for 5 minutes before even getting my drink order while listening to the wait staff cut up in the kitchen just to have them walk past me to get the order of a 5 table. Former waitress informed me the staff gets high on breaks. Unprofessional.

I ate at Olive Garden on 4/20/13 for Prom and the food was really good but we didnt get any salad or breadsticks until after we got our entrees. Service was a tad slow, but the restaurant was completely packed from Prom-goers, so I understand that. But I wish I had my salad when I sat down at the table.

Waitress was rude. She was nowhere to be found, especially when it came time for the check. She also claimed she could not bring my table butter because there was no butter in the restaurant. Sort of hard to believe. Overall, the food was of good quality.

Olive Garden is always a great place to eat, especially with kids. They have amazing food and friendly, efficient service. The salad and breadsticks are a nice bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Would certainly eat here again.

We live in Madison and are closer to the Olive Garden in Huntsville. We make the drive here because: lower wait time, better service and the general location and appearance is much better than the Huntsville location.
