Went into this Waffle house at 3 am and sat there for 30 mins at the dine-in area near the register. A guy walked in we spoke and he sat down beside me right away they took his order, nothing aganist him and I told him that but I left. I was so heated I had to turn around and go back and ask for the manager name. When asking for the manager name they got an attitude and tried to tell me not to come back. I will be back tomorrow. But I try not to use the black and white racist bullcrap but the guy who was sitting next to me who order they took left after I did and I meet him outside when I returned and he said he know what they was doing so he left also, great guy nothing against him he was a white male by the way. But the workers at this time are really unprofessional and I will be back in the morning to talk to the manager; maybe even the owner cause I know what they was up too also.

Always had a good experience here during day. Wish there was more seating available because many times have had to wait. Food comes quick, tables are kept clean (except for the midnight shift - I refuse to even go here after 10pm any more). Not sure why this place can be so extremely busy in day/evening and be clean and nice but when midnight and not busy the place is a wreck with everyone outside smoking!! They would have 5 stars if midnight crew was half as good as evening crew.

Usually Im and AM customer and everything is great, I went in at 8ish last night and man was it disappointing... burnt bread on my Texas Melt and burnt hashbrowns on the side. There was only 4 customers including me and workers were more concerned with talking an restocking there cabnets. What a difference in crew. To the cook- how could you expect someone to eat that and you brought it to my table?

As I like and appreciate the servers here, very friendly, prompt etc. I wont be back. There always seems to be an issue with my order, ie. Eggs over cooked, toast not even warm enough to melt the butter. Told a manager and all he could say was, "Well Im sorry to hear that." Really?!? Um no, youre probably not. Those were empty words sir. Smh.

Any Waffle House (for a long time) was not so good. They had problems. Recently they have stepped up their game! Probably brought on by competition. $5 meals helped. I think the corporate office realised this and cracked down on cleanliness and service.

Being a chain, they have to go above and beyond to get a perfect review. This one is perfectly normal and is exactly what I expect from every Waffle House; Decent food, decent service, decent prices, in a clean environment. It delivers.

Wet and soggy bread on chicken melt. It was missing onion as well. Manager offered to get us new toast and grilled onions but not remake the sandwich. The worst service I have had from a manager at any restaurant I ever had.

It is a well oiled machine. service was outstanding even as we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. We were offered coffee or water while we waited. Once seated service was prompt and the food delicious.
