I just visited this past Saturday and it was so awful I will NEVER go back. The service was terrible and even the managers were walking around without a clue in the world about what was going on. We were never given flatware to eat our meals. I finally went to the hostess and got forks and knives myself for a table of 8! We didnt get straws, on 4 separate occasions we had different servers deliver food which didnt even belong to us. Our first round of drinks were given to another table right before our eyes and then when we asked where our drinks went, we had to wait another 15 min before we got them! I had ordered their special pick 3 for $16.99 and was never given my dessert. Finally the check came and I mentioned the dessert and our server said oh yeah, thats right, so do you want this to go? I shook my head and just asked for my ticket to be redone for what I actually received. Never again will I go back to the Rivergate location. I hope that these people in Rivergate do not migrate over to the Opry Mills location.

If I could give it no star I would I am so disappointed and upset on the lack of customer service. They server took them 15 minutes after getting sited to take our drink and appetizer order. As the server came with our drink which to her 25 minutes to bring it them out she smelled like cigarettes. Like if she too long to bring us our drinks after a cigarette break. Also over 30 minutes to bring in out appetizer. But what made us walk out was that the server dropped our appetizer on my infant child and spilled food on my son . She hit my infant on the head with the plate my little girl screamed and cried so hard. The server also spilled drink all over my husband lap. The manager was 3 feet away and never came to apologize until My husband got up and said he had enough we are leaving. As soon as she seen that she walked up and asked if my son was alright not worried about my infant daughter was okay. We got up and walked out their service was horrible. I will never go back to this location.

First off my girlfriend and I waited for 20 min to get greeted and seated then took 40 min on our food and they didnt even it all and I had to wait another 20 on my fries our server was rude and never there we had empty drinks and there workers our thieves so dont forget anything important on the he table bc it will be gone by the time u walk out the door and turn around walk back In and there management are nothing but a bunch of lies cuz I had one Manger tell me he would check the camera and either replace it or get my old back well I got a call from the district manager and he tells me that he cant replace it and that they dont even have cameras in the area I was sitting that they only have them at the door and place where money is used

I love TGI FRIDAYS I always get the same thing when I go to the restaurant. And thats the sizzler skillet chicken and shrimp. But this time I didnt just get my favorite dish to go. I ordered wings and mozzarella sticks everything was cold I didnt want to complain. But if you paying your money for something you want it to be wright. I also ordered a cocktail it taste like water and the waitress just brought it to me so I took it back to the bar and asked could I have it fixed over. Luckily the supervisor was standing there and he tasted the drink that was in the shacked. He said youre right. With everything that went wrong I just guess It wasnt my night.

Took my son for his birthday dinner and restaurant was not crowded. Took waitress 20 min to take our drink order. 25 to come back and get appetizer order. We were told when ask for a refill "im not the drink maker" wth....I went to get a manager she said she would give us free appetizers.....yep they came at the end of the meal. So did my salad and as for my granddaughter we fed her off our plate took her macaroni to go because it came out with ticket which btw was incorrect. As for my frozen drink i sent it back sat at bar till melted. Choose another destination for a meaningful experience. Rivergate tgif

Where do I start? I was one in a party of 6. We arrived around 930 inn Friday evening and it was completely dead. We got seated, orders drinks and appetizers and it took over 30 minutes just to get the first one which was burnt. After waiting another 30 minutes for or food ( and drink refills) the fries were stale, steaks were not cooked right and it was just all around not good. We talked to John, the manager on duty, who had a horrible attitude and seemed less than bothered by our concerns. Needless to say, we will not be back to this location. It has gone way downhill and needs lots of work.

Horrible, we were the only ones sitting in our area and it started to fill up.. and we litterly watch everyone around us get not just their food but seconds.. I ask the waiter whats going on in all she says is, I will tell my manager.. So the damn manager come over in says how can I help, I asked if we should sit somewhere else in we been sitting here for 25 mins as we watch everyone around us get their food.. the blank state he have me has me so posses right now.. as if Im paying with plastic money and they have paper money.. I work hard for my money just as Well as everybody else in here.. So Rude

Terrible, almost non-existent service. Greeter could only mumble, and the server, when she eventually came around, was entirely unconcerned with the fact that she had completely ignored us. Despite having walked next to our table three times, she claimed to have not seen us until that moment. After making our complaint, she tried to blow the issue off by asking if we would like anything to drink, offering no apology. Needless to say, we then left immediately, while the staff continued to ignore us.

Will never return to this restaurant. The service is terrible and I dont see how theyre still in business. My last and final visit was on 4/10/15. The waitress couldnt have cared less about bringing us cold overcooked food. She also kept bringing plates but not picking anything up. The manager wasnt all that caring either. We didnt pay for our meals and my husband told the waitress straight up that she wouldnt get a tip and why. Next time Ill just go to Opry Mills or just pick another restaurant.

I wish I could leave less than a star. Terrible establishment. Terrible service all around. I finally got up to see what was going on and found a couple servers on their phones behind the wall. I waited forever for my beer, the food was cold, the server didnt speak to us except for what we wanted to eat and when she left the check. Conveniently, she was super personable when she wanted my money. Ill not be back. This place is losing money for sure and wont last long.
