I lived here seven years before ever setting foot in the establishment. In June of 2017 we went in for breakfast on a Friday morning and a bunch of scary looking mountain men (with kids in tow) came in hollering at us hypocrite Christians not standing up to the HOE-MOES which ended with them being ejected by the entire wait staff. And the police were called to make sure they were gone. Wont repeat. But if you like a meal and a show there isnt a better place in town to witness the human tragedy.

Our family has eaten here for the past few years and have never had any complaints. Everyone has always been friendly. Tonight I called to place an order for my grandson, he loves their waffles, and when the girl answered the phone I told her I need to place order to go. She very rudely told me that they were very busy and she did not have time to take my order and that if I wanted something I needed to come in and wait. I will be calling the manager tomorrow and reporting her.

Unbelievably unprofessional. I dont expect 5 star service at Waffle House but I dont expect the waitresses to toss pickle slices at the window to see if they stick while their two very loud friends cheer them on for a game of "pickle tic tac toe". I took my food to go, but I should have left the food on the table and the money in my pocket. Ill be contacting the franchise owner. This was just ridiculous.

I love this place! They are so helpful and go well out of their way to give personal service. Went in at 9:30 am and had my piece delivered same day by 11:30 and its free delivery. They have a beautiful, unique selection my step daughter went back with me and she was in awe and she bought a whole new living room set. Thank you so much!

All of the Waffle Houses we have been to have been horrible with halfway-cooked food and bad service. But in this location, The service is the good old down-home southern treatment, and it is great. The food is also very nicely done, and I personally think they have the best chain burgers in the area.

Ive been a fan of Waffle House for a LONG time. Although it has been referred to as "Awful Waffle," Ive found it rare to have a bad experience. Everyone has a bad day but, in my experience, theres someone else working to take up the slack. If I had a complaint, theyve been known to lack space.

Employees were in sush a rush, with only 3 tables to attend, they got my husbands order wrong. My kids hashbrowns, and mine, were raw. Water tasted like dirt, orange juice was hot, employees were yelling at one another. Dirty place. And too small, not a good place for a family breakfast.

Was a little hesitant based on reviews. Gave it a try anyway and was VERY pleased with food and service. Crazy busy but Danielle took good care of us. The food was done perfectly and the organized chaos was very entertaining. I would not hesitate to stop in again. Thanks!

At 3:30 in the morning, we waited more than 30 minutes before we saw a living human being show up in the building, but once someone showed up, and the bickering between the help simmered down, the waffle house offerings were delivered with the quality and flavors expected.

I always have to ask for more coffee. only 2 or three good servers and the food is under cooked most of the time . If you dont ask for your hash browns to be well done they come white and raw. Ive complained to the management and they dont care. done with this place.

I got nothing but love for this chain and what it represents. This waffle house hums with a vibe created by the team. We were there on eclipse day and you could just tell, they were all digging in, pitching in, helping each other out. So cool to eat a place like that!

The manager is the rudest person Ive ever seen... The way that red headed lady talked to her employees is shameful... They all should have walked out on her... And it wasnt pleasant at all to have to listen to her rudeness to the employees while we ate!! Terrible!!!

Doesnt matter which location I go to, the food is always great. However trying to place a to-go order is nearly impossible at times at this location. Thats why Ive chosen the millersville location over white house. They always are staffed and can take my orders.

My eggs and waffles were cooked nicely, glad I stopped here. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. My breakfast came out pretty fast and I was able to get back on the road, without wasting to much time.
