This past experience was really awful. We got there at 11:00 when they opened, as usual nothing was ready and we had to wait a while for everything we wanted to be done. After waiting twenty minutes for the Sweet and Sour chicken to be done I went ahead and got my Orange Chicken which just got done cooking after the last batch ran out. And while I was eating I found a hair in between my Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. At this point nobody else with me had gotten their food because the sweet and sour ran out before they could get to it. I came up and showed the hair to the employees and after a few minutes I had some replacement food. A few minutes later they finally came out with another batch of sweet and sour chicken. Overall about a forty minute wait for a small portion of Sweet and Sour chicken. Its not like this is anything special, weve almost always had to wait to get the S&S chicken, but its never been this bad. Then we went across the street to Taco Bell and we were out of there in less than five minutes. The customer service at Panda Express has NEVER been good, weve gone to other locations and its the same deal every time. Something I wouldnt expect from a place where a plate of food costs $7.00. Weve even gone at different times and its still the same old horrible customer service.

This is my second time here...the service this time is just worse than the one visit begire. I estmate the wsit for teo dinnerscat 49 mihutes! Nobody was monitoring when the steam table dishes were low...The cooks were frantically trying to replenish the food, as people continued in. I visit your places all ovet, and this service is horrible! There seemed to be no efficiency nor management. I ll not return to that location again. You guys should do something about this location....

This palce never has food ready. It doesnt matter what time of the day we go. We always have to wait on something. The staff is happy to make whatever they are out of and they normally give us a free drink for the wait, but this is fast food. We shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes for something to be cooked. On the bright side, since the food is cooked as we wait, its always hot, fresh, and crispy.

They are literally ALWAYS out of something!! How can you be out of rice all the time? Thats one of your MAIN ingredients! we always get "were out of (sauce, rice, Pepsi,). You name it! Any time of day, even EARLY! What idiots!! Slow service, rude employees. Will never go back. Its turned into a total gamble if they have the food on their own menu! Unbelievable inept and run poorly.

I came in around 8:50pm. They closed the lobby at 9 but were happy to serve me. Not a single employee had a bad attitude. Seemed like everyone was enjoying themselves and happy to serve. Food was tasty and hot. Portions were larger than other pandas Id been to (Im a big guy so I appreciate that) Best service Ive ever had at a panda express. Highly recommended.

Dies not seem like normal Chinese food but is really good. Service can be hit or miss. Dont expect much unless you can find a way to make friends with someone who works there! This is my husbands favorite fast food and him making friends with a staff member completely changed our level of service.

Always love me some orange chicken, and I always get it with chow mein. The service is great, always served with a smile. The reason for the four stars instead of five is because the location isnt the cleanest. Not a huge concern, but enough to knock off a star.

Horrible ... I said id never eat here again after my first visit but decided to give this place a second chance. ... Super slow service and way over priced... Food was delicious tho.... Thats the only reason they received one star. NEVER AGAIN !!

The food is always great with the grilled Teriyaki chicken with fried rice being my favorite. The sweet tea is great, too. The one down side is that the drive-thru window service can be slow, so eating inside might be a good idea.

Its a chain restaurant. The food will usually be the same no matter at which one of these you decide to eat. The difference is the people. Here, they just want you in and out of the line so they can go back to goofing off again.

Ive had bad experiences with another panda express in the past and decided to give them another chance here in Madison. Im glad i did, even after a 20 min drive home it was still hot and delicious!! I will be back for more!

Food was disgusting! A total waste of money. Noodles were over cooked meet was tough . The orange chicken was extremely sour . Maybe i caught them on a bad day but the experience was awful. Save your money.

They close at 10:00pm, but for some reason decided to lock the doors at 9:00 and ignore the drive-thru. The workers were all just sitting around in the restaurant, doing nothing. Im appalled.

Read reviews before I went. Saw one that concerned always being out of something. Well they were out of Chow Mein. That is a core item. Thats like McDonalds being out of Big Macs.

Going low on portion of entree items. When I asked twice for two cups of sauce, still has given me 1 cup of sauce. Not listening to customers, very bad service.

I went through the drive thru at 745 pm and they were out of 3 main items. I got trapped in the drive thru for 25 minutes! Stay away from this Panda express!
