I highly recommend avoiding all Romas locations. We used to be a long time customer at the Green Hills location. One day when we went to pick up our pizza, we handed them our card to pay and the clerk took out his cell phone and began to take a picture. We immediately grabbed our card and asked him what he was doing, and he said "Oh, our register is down". Sorry, but you can not just take a picture of a card without even mentioning it, let alone at all. Fast forward to yesterday (we apparently didnt learn our lesson). We called the Green Hills location to order up a pizza and this location answered the phone. We thought maybe we got the number wrong, so we asked them to transfer us to the Green Hills location and they said "Ok". Once our pizza arrived, it tasted totally different then what we were used to and the box was different. We went to check the receipt and realized we were not given one. So, we called Romas back up and they said they transferred us to a completely different restaurant and that the Green Hills location is permanently closed. Why did they not tell us they transferred us to a restaurant? Why no receipt? Why is the location where they tried to take a photo of our card now closed? Sorry, but this is the sketchiest pizza chain in Nashville. Do not buy from here.

I am a vandy student, and I usually never eat pizza unless its authentic, no franchises like pizza hut or dominos. I thought I would try an authentic original pizza joint like this. Well, I ignored some of the bad reviews on here and I so regret it. I ordered 2 pizzas and some fries for me and a couple girls at our dorm, our pizza was cold, and I kid you not, there was a fly underneath one of the pizzas in the box( which probably died in the pizza box). We figured this out after eating some of the pizza, then disgustingly almost puked at the thought of where that fly could have been before landing in our pizza box and dying. I cant believe these people are so blind and careless they never actually look at the pizza box theyre about to put your pizza in! I didnt even call back and complain, because when I placed my order the person on the other end wasnt very pleasant. I did however report it to the health department! Did I mention the fries were soggy? maybe from the steam and being contained in such a tight container. I honestly hope this never happens to anyone else, but this joint has definently lost me as a customer.

**Update** I called to voice my dissatisfaction with the food, and the manager stated the new chicken tenders are actually more expensive for him because they are Chicken Parmesan. WHAT?!?! How can chicken tenders be Chicken Parmesan!?!? Dude! Then when I told him about the cheese sticks, all he said after a very distinct huff/puff was "so what do you want". Seriously!! He obviously doesnt care about the quality of his food, or the satisfaction of his customers. I ordered their chicken tenders, and now it is nothing but a frozen chicken patty, sliced up into pieces. Seriously...sucked! Also, ordered the cheese sticks, and omg how disgusting, and for $5! I swear they forgot to cook them, and they were super cold. This place has gone down hill....hard!!! Never again!

BEWARE! Check your bank statements if you order through these guys. They tried to charge over $90.00 onto my Girlfriends card. Luckily my girlfriend caught it. When confronted by my girlfriend, the driver said he had "Double checked" with ME over the issue. Well, put plainly, that never happened. Now theyre back pedaling and promising to reimburse her. Pretty shady business if you ask me. I can only assume theyve been trying this for a long time, as drunken/rich Vandy kids are certainly their primary clientele and probably dont do their due diligence when it comes to account management.

I order a Chicken Basil Pesto pizza regularly from a different location but today this location was chosen for Major Menus at my job. This is the worst pizza I have ever had from Romas. Its loaded with squash, tomatoes and pizza sauce and no chicken which arent the typical ingredients for this pizza. The only changes I requested for the pizza was thin crust and no red peppers so not sure where all of these extra ingredients and lack of the main ingredient come from. I even checked the site to see if maybe they changed the way its prepared but its not. SO DISAPPOINTED!

If I could I would rate at zero! I ordered sub sandwich and ten inch pizza with meatballs! When it got here I kind of wondwred why sandwich wasnt in a bag, well it js because it was a pepperoni pozza and second box was chees sticks! Plus on top of that neither trip did I receive any napkins!!! Will NEVER order from them again!

Roma never delivered the pizza that I ordered, and they refused to answer my phone calls or refund my money until I hassled them in person, and even then they were super rude and acted like I was inconveniencing THEM through the whole thing. Never ordering here again, and my friends have all had bad experiences there as well.

Ive eaten here many times, only after awhile did pizzas powerful taste subside that I realized Roma pizza to be a low-rent pizza place in nashville. You can get better pizza buying a fresh made pizza from kroger. The people who run Roma are sleazy, the pepperoni is super greasy.

I love Roma! The secret is getting a pie with the following toppings: spinach, feta, mushrooms, black olives, garlic, artichokes and extra sauce. Believe me. Plus the service is always fat and reliable. And he crust is perfect.

Ordered a salad at 10:30, it is 11:55 and it has not arrived. The person on the phone was very rude during the ordering process and when we called in the order, he said 30-40 minutes.
