My experience here (3-10-17) was horrible. First of all, I came in for carry out and the staff did not acknowledge me at all until I said something to them. The lady who was clearly a manager was very rude to one of the servers. Then talked about her to other staff as soon as she walked away to another employee. I waited over 30 minutes for my carry out. When I opened my bowl, my Alfredo noodles hardly had any sauce on them. The chicken did not have any flavor at all. The only moisture I got was from the sauce from my chicken parmesean. I will never in my life go back to this olive garden. People were coming out of the kitchen with their hair half covered. The girl who took my order was coughing and did not wash her hands. Thank God she didnt hand me my food or put my food in the bag. To me, the location was very chaotic and I dont feel that they have good customer service skills at all. Chipotle has better customer service than this olive garden. Dont go here for take out. You never know what youre going to get unless you open it right there. I should have opened my entree before I left to make sure it was made right. My food was a rush job at best.

We were in Bloomington this past Saturday celebrating our 23rd anniversary and we always go out for dinner at Olive Garden, its a tradition for us. This last visit on 7-8-17 was like no other. Our waiter was not very good, didnt act very friendly and when he brought us our food we ask for a few more breadsticks and he said ok. Twenty minutes later still no breadsticks, we looked around for him and he was being very attentive to another table. Made several trips to ask them if they needed anything. I finally got up and went to a waiter that was standing near the doorway of the dining area we were in. I explained that we had ask for breadsticks twenty minutes ago and never got them. He apologized and brought them right away. Needless to say our waiter got Zero Tip!! Not a very nice experience for a 23rd wedding anniversary. Very disappointed...

Normally I would give a 5 every time, but we were there Sunday 12/13/15 and ordered 2 new items. The Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara and Lobster Stuffed Ravioli. The Carbonara was good, the Lobster Ravioli was swimming in so much oil and butter that it was inedible. The oil actually started setting up as it cooled down. I let our server know why I couldnt eat it and her reply was " Yeah, thats a lot of grease" then took the dish and walked away. No apology or other comments but swiftly brought our bill. Hopefully the dish isnt meant to be like that and she was new or something. Im sure we will go back someday but will never order that again.

We used to go here for our anniversary but not after last night. Rudest and dumbest manager ever. I dont care if its policy or not we want the same service we get every time. If i want to split a soup im going to and for you to write people up for giving the soup to go. What a b@#$MANGO h. You tried to ruin our evening but you didnt and thats my tip for you, be nicer or lose customers. Well be taking our bussiness elsewhere. I dont so rude or suprise bills

My wife and I are regulars here, we have always like the food but tonight we wanted to come here for dinner and it was busy like usual so we waited which was fine, what wasnt fine was the 3 tops and 4 tops that were coming in after us were getting seated before us despite the fact we had waited longer than the wait time they told us which was 35-40 minutes after tonight I doubt Ill be back for a long time it was ridiculous!

I have always complemented the service and food @ Bloomington Olive Garden But after this last visit I will be returning. The waitress was inattentive and my food come out cold She did apologize and took it back but the 2nd serving was just as cold.The Manger never came to our table probably because the fat slob was hitting on the help! (Which is what he was doing as we left) Disgraceful!

Took family here for birthday party dinner. Took over 2 hours to receive correct dinner. Received horrible service. Manager did nothing to correct situation. Called general manager the next day and was told I would receive gift card in mail which was never received! Save your money and eat somewhere else! Will never visit this location again.

A friend & I were not thrilled today with lunch. First my soup was not hot & pasta not done enough &in fact not cooked long enough also salad dressing not tastier as always was before. We had a new server & tryed hard but needs a little more training to get it all in order.Do you have a new or different. Chef???. Wasnt as good as usual.

All the salad and bread sticks I can eat. I get a craving for this that simply will not go away. Service has been either VERY ON or VERY OFF. We have had amazingly good service and borderline "IM WALKING OUR" service. I have never had anything in between. Better Gluten Free options than in the past for our Celiac family member

If u want your salad full of onion, a appetizer to come out the same your tasteless lasagnas comes out and your waiter expecting a tip for poor service. Here is a tip don"t eat there I travel a lot and that was my 2nd time there and last time. The really good ones are in the North East.

I have always received 5 star service here. Waiters and waitresses have been stellar, treating us like we were regulars, and the food is wonderful Italian fare. It may not be "fine dining" but its perfect if you dont feel like dropping $100 on a dinner for two.

Its exactly what youd expect from an Olive Garden. Delicious food, decent service, kind of expensive but you get those awesome breadsticks, so can you really complain? Definitely will be coming back here in the future for chicken gnocchi soup needs!

This was my first time at Olive Garden in a while and the experience was amazing. The waiter was very nice with a great sense of humor and even though we came in very close to close she invited us to stay longer.

Love the salad and breadsticks! Very reasonably priced. The staff are extremely friendly. The pasta is good, but not amazing. Dont expect some incredible Italian food. It is more like Italian fast food.

Good food but it can get pricey for pasta! The service was great but for the price Id reconsider this place. 4 sodas, 4 pastas, 1 appetizer and 1 margarita came to a total of over $80.00!

Under staffed. Took 20 minutes just to give us water. We told that we want room temperature tap water with no ice. He brings ice chilled water both the times. Very very poor service.

Food was good and service was pretty on spot. Some mistakes were made but they made up for it with cheery attitudes. Loses a 4 Star rating because they dont have normal sweet tea >O
