I have a group of friends that get together every few months. In the past, this location was pretty good because of price and easy to get to the interstate. Last night was an embarrassment. We had to wait for menus and drinks. No one wanted to take any orders from us after an hour and a half of waiting. If it wasnt for the fact that it was a set location for our group, most of us would have left. I had to go over three times to ask for accompanying our large group of 18 and for someone to please serve us. We were dressed nice. We had money. Just no acknowledgment that we were going to be served. I was told by the young woman who finally came over that they thought we had already been taken care of. Seriously? You see a group of people with no drinks or food at several tables and consider that they have been taken care of? When our food was FINALLY served most of the orders were wrong. Some of us just started eating because we were hungry after waiting two hours for food. The waitress had nothing but attitude as if it was our fault. I even saw her make a face and roll her eyes when she thought we werent watching. If it wasnt for a different nice red head young lady, our dining experience would have been a zero. Food doesnt taste good when you feel unwanted. None of us were happy with the quality that we received. It will not be a place for us in the future as it seems that they really dont want our business for whatever reason. I wish they just told us to leave instead of giving is the horrible treatment.

Im sure this is a great place for a beer or some moonshine but if youre looking for great chicken thighs you wont find them here based upon our dining experience today. I had the chicken chili which had a very fresh can of pork and beans and was served without a spoon had to use my Fork. We also got 12 wings 6 dry rub and 6 with the Asian. The wings appeared to be grilled and not deep fried. Unfortunately they were also very cool to the touch and had a distinct lighter fluid taste. The dry rub wings was basically wings with seasoning sprinkled on it and the Asian Wings again were just plain wings with some sort of Asian Sauce poured over them. As a starter we ordered the loaded chicken nachos. These were served with Multi color chips from a bag that were stale, cheese that was barely melted and again very cool to the touch. Needless to say we barely touched any of the food and decided to pay our bill and leave. When our waiter looked at our table and noticed we hadnt eaten any of our food he asked what was wrong. I simply said I just need to pay my bill and not looking for a free meal here. Fortunately the server persisted I did tell him what I thought the server offered to compass for the meal which I appreciated but still insisted to pay for my meal. The waiter took 25% off. If the food was as good as our server was concerned we would have had a fantastic meal. Too bad that didnt happen.

Terrible experience last night for our first time there. Walked in didnt know how it worked. Apparently it is seat yourself. We sat down after asking what we should do. Waited forever for someone to come to our table when she did she didnt bring menus. Basically awful service the entire night and the food wasnt very good. I got one of the salads. The romaine was not fresh, very old and dried up. The chicken was fine but chopped up into weird pieces on the salad. Everything else on the salad was clearly cheap crap from a box. The dude who brought us our food didnt even see that we needed silverware until I asked for it after he had returned to the table for a second time. We spent a lot of time sitting around waiting for our server to appear and noticed the restaurant must have been victim to a drive by shooting. There were multiple holes in the windows that were covered with duck tape that appeared to be from bullet holes. Anyway I do not plan on returning here for bad food, poor service, and the fear of being involved in a drive by shooting.

We truly love this place! Patrick is a great host and has created a cozy hang for a diverse crowd. They know how to smoke chicken incredibly well and they have THE BEST POTATO SALAD! On our way home, either my boyfriend or I will often stop to pick up a quart of this wonderful, sour creamy "loaded baked potato" style salad that always has their smoked crumbled bacon on it! Thats only when we cant stay and hang to have something from their unique menu. Great chicken burgers, nachos and their "Pile of Thighs with Pineapple & Mozzarella" are becoming legendary. Hey! The place has 2 for 1 beer specials all day and a ton of big TVs that are not so loud that conversations are impaired. Go check it out, youll see!

Went first time and food was fare, service was super slow, took an hour to get the food. On the up side the slaw was the best Ive ever had. Thought about using them for catering a party because the crowd there is very trendy and might make me seem "cool with the kids" so I got some take out for me and the miss to sell her on the idea. I got the wings "extra spicy" (medium , still pretty good though) but the miss "quarter leg" was a big bloody mess. For some reason my wife doesnt want to serve raw-bloody chicken to her family (although I thought about poisoning them for years) . If you have a beard and enjoy unisex bathrooms thumbs up. Place has potential but it also could kill you.

Gross and overpriced. I have no idea why this place is so busy. Whitts wings are far superior. The Wings have a burnt taste thats supposed to mimick smoke I guess, tasted more like liquid smoke with grill marks. I would guess the thighs are exactly the same. Had to rinse my mouth numerous times to get the yucky flavor outta my mouth, really shocked thought they would be good and boy was I surprised. Sides are small not homemade. I dont normally leave bad reviews unless its really bad, well this place is really bad. Nice to maybe drink a beer and watch sports but not for a meal, they gotta work on the food. Adios smokin thighs! The name is only cool thing about this place

We went here for work lunch and we were not impressed. While the restaurant looks nice and the menu sounds good, ultimately the food somewhat missed the mark. The chicken, both on and off the bone ended up being sort of dry for several of us, despite having great flavor. And the sides were just OK and sort of small, despite their descriptions of being "piles". A couple of other things that threw us off, the tiny parking lot makes it hard to stop if its busy and they use metal "pizza style" metal plates, which spin and slide around the slick table tops. Looks like a nice place to get beer, wings and watch a game, but not what we expected for lunch.
