My friend and I wanted to enjoy some Mexican food and we use to frequent a different location but we moved to this area. First problem, we ordered drinks one was 5.30 and the other was 11.00. The price was ridiculous for a rubbing alcoholic beverage. My friend order came out before mine. I had to ask my waiter where my order was. He stated, "It will be out in a minute." After 10 minutes passed and he brings out chicken when I ordered steak. I advised him that I did not order that. It took them an additional 15 minutes to bring out what I asked for and at this point, I was very upset because my friend was basically finished with her meal and mine was not even on the table. I advised them that I did not want the meal anymore because I was no longer enjoying a meal with my friend. I advised them that I was dissatisfied and all they could say was sorry. They did nothing that consists of great customer service in fixing their mistake. I looked at my receipt later and they charged me for something that I did not order and refused to take it off the ticket. I asked him were they so hard up for cash that they had to nickel and dime people for things that were not ordered? This place was horrible and does not care about their customers. If you want to be treated fairly and have great eating experience, go somewhere else.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I will never go back here again. Service was horrible and the food was subpar at best. It took us at least 10 minutes to be seated (with at least half of the tables sitting empty) and then took at least another 5 minutes for a waiter to come over to our table. After getting our drinks, we proceeded to try and place our order; however, in the middle of placing our order, our waiter walked off and went missing for about 5 minutes. When she returned, we continued placing our order. I had a question about the menu and our waiter informed me that it would cost me an extra $3.50 to change my chicken from shredded to "grilled" because it was a different item on their menu (something that I have never had a problem with before). Shortly after placing our order, we ran out of chips and salsa and drinks. Once our waiter came back by our table, probably 20 minutes later, it took another 10 minutes for her to actually bring us chips and salsa. It took at least 35-45 minutes to get our food and the portions were very small. This place is just a rip off and there was nothing good about this experience.

Ive been to a few Las Palmas near Nashville TN. All have been amazing. This is by far the absolute worst one. Horrible customer service. My husband and I got there and ordered waters. Because thats what a person does when theyre thirsty. The server immediately responded with "oh my gosh!" And stormed off. Then we never saw her again until our check. Go to another location please! Its worth the drive to go somewhere where you dont feel like an inconvenience

I must admit i was very shocked when i came into the Palmas Mexican Restaurant. The women that was seating us abruptly said "what do you want!" After being rudely treated the waitress gave us the margaritas that we had asked for. I didnt taste the margarita at all! It was water in a cup. Then we were given our food and it was basically freezing cold. A horrible experience for me and my wife. I would advice them to change theyre attitude and theyre menu.

This is where I go when I am feeling too lazy to drive to my favorite Mexican restaurant. Everything is decent -- the food, service, etc. -- but I wouldnt call it great. Id give it another star if they would give you a bigger bowl (or decanter) of salsa, bigger drinks, and keep hot sauce on the table. When the place gets packed (which happens most nights) the servers tend to get stretched thin, and it can take a while to get refills.

It took a very long time for our food..maybe 30 minutes and there were very few ppl in there.He got a burrito. I got fajitas. I got sick.I am not sure but I think MSG is in the food..whatever it was I got a horrible migraine and was sick an hour after I ate and thru the next day.The meat was the gristliest I have ever had..so I mostly ate salsa and flour shells.I will not be back.I gave it 2 stars because he likes the chips and salsa.

We have tried this location several times because the other locations are great!! Unfortunately, the service in goodletsville is slow and the servers make you feel like you are an inconvenience. I was harassed by another customer and there was no apology or anything from the manager after he kicked her out. The food is always good but it takes a while to get it. If you want a good las palmas experience, go to another location.

My wife and I have lunch here at least once every 2 weeks and dinner the same. The service can be a little slow, only sometimes, but the food is excellent every time. We get the "Speedy" lunch and it is really good food for an affordable price. A nice family owned and very friendly restaurant. Not a chain. We highly recommend it. Dinner is usually fajitas..most excellent!

This was the worst experience that I have ever experienced at a Mexican restaurant...it took 35 minutes to get our food and then it was cold when we got it....and the manager act like he had an attitude when I bought it to his attention about the food was cold.....so needless to say this experience was 0 out of 5.....

After waiting 30 minutes for our drinks, and having to request that our order be taken after sitting there for almost an hour my food had to be sent back because it was cold (not even warm). The place was pretty empty so I didnt expect the poor service. I wont make the mistake of going here again.

If you call in an order make sure you check your order before you leave, the last two times i had to turn around and go back to pick food up that they left out and by then the food is colder than usual. I always have to warm food before eating and the restaurant is 10 min away.

Good food!! Horrible service!!! Brought our fajitas out hot but by the time we got our plates or stuff to go on the fajitas it wasnt. Good luck getting a refill or napkins or even your ticket to go. The guy waiters prefer standing around talking to the girls that work there.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Please dont ever go to this restaurant. Customer service was rude. No greeting and didnt take me and my wifes order. Decided to leave and while leaving the waiter who was rude didnt ask why and said have a nice day. Eat at your own risk.

I eat here several times a week, depending on the cook in the back my standard order can fluctuate slightly, which is fine. I really enjoy their guacamole, chicken is good, service is good. I would recommend this restaurant for lunch any day!

GREAT service, yummy food, extremely friendly staff! Diana is the BEST!!! Only issue....Happy Hour is only Sunday - Wednesday 5 - 8pm.....REALLY need to add Thursday and/or Friday....think of how many margaritas you can sell on pay day!!! :-)
