Been to this location multiple times simply because I LOVE PIZZA, and most definitely PIZZA BUFFETS. Therefore I continuously go here being that there are NO OTHER PIZZA BUFFETS around me. Not only is location unsanitary, the food is just simply disgusting. Slight example of UNSANITARTY, as I was paying to eat at this location the lady at the front counter was portioning cheese. Not only was she portioning cheese , she was DOI NG IT AT THE FROT COUNTER where there was a crowd of people. The food was simply disgusting due to the fact it was cold, dry, and the bread was hard. Not only was it UNSANITARY and DISGUSTING, it was far from clean nor organized. The floor was dirty, the walls where FILTHY, and we could barely find a place to sit because everything was so close together. The product that they use to top the pizza taste extremely fake. Last but surely not least because I can go on and on about this location but the Parents seemed to not be able to keep there children in hand. kids where everywhere! Running around and again te tables are so close this caused a bother to me and my mother who wasted her $13.91 eating at this poor locating. I come here time and time again for the p0izza hopeing it will be better next time but no. Its the same TRASH everytime. WONT BE BACK!!!!

We havent been there in a while and will definitely NOT go back. There was only one party in front of us and we waited for 10 minutes to get to the register. The restaurant was packed on one side and when my daughter and I sat on the other side some rude worker came over and repeatedly told my daughter to move over to sit buy a huge party. When we went to get food and the pasta was cold, there were 4 pizzas and no dessert. The pizza was burnt and the salad bar was wilted. There was also no crushed red pepper. 2 people (including the manager) were on their phones behind the counter. When I moved my daughter and I back to the empty side of the room the rude employee kicked the door open and slammed it shut. We soon left and got our refund.

I enjoy eating here as well as my families and friends!! The State score on the wall says a score of 98!!! Perfect in our opinion. Safe to know your eating at a great place!! Most inviting as you enter the restaurant!! Nice, clean, and very professional employees!! Managers very helpful and always are helping their employees and customers!! The buffet is always clean and full of yummy pizza and salads!! We can stay for as long as we like! Its like a totatally family oriented place to be. The kids can play in the play room saftely and spend some money while having fun!! Happy kids, Happy Parents!!! Tired kids HAPPY PARENTS!!! I LOVE THIS CICIS!!! Thank you ALL for making a great place to come!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤

The absolute worst experience I have ever had here and I have been coming here since I was a kid. The manager Mike (on 10/4/2015 at 2pm) got upset with me and because I had asked for my money back because there was no pizzas on the buffet except a veggie pizza. So I ordered a large meat lovers and took 30 minutes to get it when it gets to the table it is a small pizza that is not even cooked in the center the crust was all doughy in the middle. I will never return to this location

Went in at 8:30 on a Friday night. There was no unsweet tea. Husband asked about it and was told it would be made, an hour later it wasnt made. The man cleaning the tables was throwing good everywhere, the floor and on tables with customers, when I spoke with the manager there was no apologies or anything. He was actually very rude about it. Needless to say my family will not be returning to this store. Also gonna report it to corporate office

I came to this location to eat with family last night. The restaurant looked absolutely disgusting. The floors were covered in trash, and the busboy was using a dirty rag to clean the tables and seats. We used napkins to clean the table and seats ourselves. The manager was busy on his phone and chatting with employees. We might as well have eaten at a landfill. I will never come back to that location and would give it zero stars if I could.

This place was disgusting! The floors had food all over them, there was not a step youcould take without stepping in cheese or pizza sauce. My daughter had to go to the restroom...both times we went there was urine all over the toilet seat and floor! The tables were dirty and the walls had pizza sauce all over the place! We will never step foot in this place again! Only gave it one star because I couldnt give it zero!!

Almost 18$ for pepperoni pizza. The only choices were pepperoni, pepperoni, sausage & cheese, cheese & one bbq chicken... There was 3or4 people working, tables were dirty. Very limited toppings for the salad, all there was, was onions, peppers. No cheese, ham bits or chopped eggs. And there were no condiments on the table, had to ask someone where they were. The pizzas were good, but the experience was lacking.

I came for the first time to this area.this will be my last visit .when i walked in u can smell the carpets ....needing to be thrown out......the mgr. Was very rude they had noone to bust tables it was over 12 tables dirty......very very disappointed worst place ever......this location was in rivergate area i will be notifying health department have pkenty of pictures of this mess......

Seen a cockroach size of my pickie nail run across four pizzas along the buffet line on the countertop. I quickly ask the employee behind the buffet line to come around and kill this before anyone esle had seen it. Completely grossed out my husband and I. We told management, who admitted that they were combating this problem....yikes not sure I want to come back.

Been coming here for years. But lately, have seen several changes in management. Place is always disgusting. Never any pizza on buffet. And when you ask for a personal, you get forgotten about. We keep hoping there will be a change but hadnt. Sorry to say..will not be returning to the Madison location.

Great family restaurant for people of all ages. There is more variety of pizza on the buffet than you can imagine. From salad bar, to pasta & soup, flatbread & Italian cheesy bread, pizzas, & desserts. There is a place in the back with games for kids to run & play. Great place to go for a great price.

The floors looked like they hadnt been cleaned all day. The plate I picked up was dirty. The man in the back "cleaning" was on his phone and then touched the pizza. The spinach on my pizza wasnt even green and tasted disgusting. Im not usually picky but this place is not worth the money

Inexpensive place but its not that many options to choose from!! They will make a specialty pizza if you ask!! I believe they changed management recently, before the change I would have rated this place four STARS instead of 3 STARS!! Kids really like this place!!

Where I live, all of the cicis restaurants are either closed down or the food quality isnt its best. Today I visited this location, and wanna give a big shout out to the staff of this location. You guys are doing a swell job! Keep up the good work. God Bless.
