The absolute WORST sonic I have ever been to! I did a call in order 3 times at this location . The first two times I got there and still waited about 15 minutes for my food ! Both times ! The last time I was calling in to do a call in order . They left me on the phone for 10 minutes . I made it all the way there and waited for my order and it was wrong ! This place is horrible . I asked to speak to a manager and she non chalantly blamed It on short staff . I will never be back . Dont waste your time and money here .

Spent 11$ (including tip) on two small sonic blasts with hot fudge added in (which I was charged for) and after about a 15 minute wait we got our blasts and even tho they were mediums which I didnt know I was charged for, I decided to just accept my loss and head home. When I got home Im trying to find the hot fudge and found none. Although the service was friendly, I was extremely disappointed to be up charged for the size I didnt ask for and then not even receive the product I ordered and payed for.

One of the screens didnt work. Hit the button three times with no response. A car hop came by and asked if I needed anything. I told her that I was trying to get my order taken. She said ok and walked off. Moved to a different screen. Finally got my order taken. Took 15 minutes to get my food. They didnt ask if I needed any sauce with my chicken. I called them back to get sauce, the guy said they would bring it right out. As of now, 20 minutes later, still no sauce.

Shame on you Sonic on Hwy. 96 in Franklin Tn. When you first came out with the "Chicago Dog" it was great, however since you have downsized the hot dog to child size, you can hardly see the hot dog underneath everthing & you cant even taste the hot dog & with a price of $1.99, I repeat shame on you! Looks nothing like your picture, looks nothing like it used to. Sad.

Best service in fast food at this location. The people who take your order are nice and the people who bring you your order are nice. You know where you find that these days? Nowhere. Especially not in Franklin, TN where fast food workers hate you for no reason (Im looking at you Arbys drive through window lady).

If you want a blizzard go to Dairy Queen lets say the last ten times Ive been here to get a blast its been Reeses in top half then nothing but ice cream in bottom half and I even pay for an extra scoop Ill never be back to sonic their cheapskates very disappointed

I plainly ordered " Two Super Sonic Breakfast Burritos with no Jalapeños, and Two Route 44 Sweet Teas " She read it back off to me correct. When i got to work, we both had received Jalapeños on both of our burritos, and PEACH in our sweet teas... Horrible.....

TERRIBLE. Put my order in for just a Blast and waited 15 minutes. I told them and they said they never actually put the order in and after waiting another 10 minutes for just a mini blast I left. This has happened to me more than once. Worst Sonic ever.
