You cant be serious right? When we arrived here in Tennessee, at our hotel in Franklin, we were extremely excited to see an Italian restaurant that delivered. Many of the items on their menu where well presented with great detail that left the mouth dripping in lust. So, in order to get a good variety, we ordered several items. We ordered cheese bread, onion rings, a Jamaican pizza, Greek salad, and a Diet Coke. To my awe, the only good things that came about from this order, were the well written menu and the sealed Diet Coke. To explain the poor distribution and quality of food, my onion rings were delivered black. This is meant to mean they were charred to the point of no return. Every ingredient that was used in the creation of there food products were well aged, and not like a chedder cheese of the rich and wealthy. The salad was without character and the lettuce was pretty much done browning by time it made it to the door of my hotel room. Im almost positive that the cafeteria in Hell more than likely serves a better meal at a much cheaper price. Thanks for making me leave my room and getting carryout instead. Being disabled, I dont always feel well enough to cook dinner for my family, and Romas is one of our favorite places to order dinner from! Their pasta dinners, pizza, and calzones are out of this world, and their salads are fantastic. Theyve changed ownership recently, and the new owners and staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate special requests, like adding extra toppings on their fruit and nut salad, which is my daughters favorite. My favorite is their lemon pepper wings, and their manicotti, and their Greek salad, and...well, everything is awesome!

Were from Colorado Springs, and were staying at the Best Western in Franklin, TN. I got a calzone from Roma Pizza on Sunday, and it was fantastic! It comes with the top crust slit open, which both lets it cook fully and quickly, and makes it much easier to eat. It was so good, that my wife and I ordered a pizza the next night, and it too was great. I would highly recommend Roma Pizza to anyone in the area. Well probably need to be back in Franklin later this year or next, and well be sure to visit there again.

Having eaten at almost every italian restaurant in the area, Ive got to say that Romas probably has the best quality of food. And the calzones are huge! Of course, the store is a bit run-down looking and probably not where you would want to take the family for a nice sit-down meal.. and it is unfortunate to read about others problems with ordering delivery. If you just want some great authentic food though, drop by in person and give it a whirl.

I always order an Antipasto salad with special instructions from Roma Pizza. I love their home-made Italian dressing with red wine vinegar. The garlic bread is great too. They are always professional when I pick up my order. I usually go at least once a week. My husband had their wings once and he liked them. I have been to another Roma Pizza in Murfreesboro, and its comparable, but the salad was not as good or as large.

Worst ownership, terrible pizza and 2 hours for a standard delivery at an early afternoon. My microwave could cook better pizza. We were lied to 3 different times by 3 different people as to what the delay is. When confronted about the issues, we asked to eventually speak to the owner because the idiot on the phone turned out to actually be the owner. We laughed, realized he was acting like a child and had to hang up.

My calzone was amazing. Had a ton of extra sauce but the calzone was very flavorful. After my delicious dinner i opened my cannoli box to find a lonely shell only half filled with ricotta, and no sugar, no chocolate and definitely not multiple as described on the menu. Was very disappointed about dessert but very impressed with calzone.

Every time I go to Romas, I get wonderful service and wonderful pizza. They always get our order right, we are treated with respect, and they are fast and efficient. The people are great, and the pizza is top-notch! This is our choice over Dominos, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, etc., for delivery or carry-out pizza here in Franklin.

I come all the way from Arkansas for their Philly cheese steak and salads. Never had a brown piece of lettuce from them out of four years. Their stromboli is awesome as well. Just be sure to ask for a fork because they do forget sometimes on the takeout. But you wont care if you start eating

The rudest service I have ever had from someone taking an order and all I asked was what kind of wings do you have, what kind of way is that to treat someone who stays at hotel near you trying to give you business. Literally the most unprofessional service Ive ever received.

Ordered a specialty pizza with premium ingredients, sliced Italian Sausage and FRESH Basil. I received Polish Kielbasa sausage (nasty on pizza) and dried basil flecks. Truly horrible. Never again. If I could give no stars that would describe it.

Fantastic! I ordered Parmesan Chicken meal. After a fairly large salad and two hot delicious bread sticks, they brought a large container of spaghetti with chicken and hot bubbly cheese. Enough for at least two people. All under $10.

Pizza was ok at best and purchasing the "boneless wings" was an expensive mistake! They were cheap chicken nuggets, soft and mushy. $50 for one 3-item pizza and nasty wings left me feeling angry that I ordered from there. Terrible.
