From Death To Life

I dont usually review places, let alone leave a bad one, but the experience we had was quite awkward and felt it necessary for other consumers to be informed. The entire staff, at one point during our visit to this location, ended up in the kitchen yelling at each other. I wouldve expected the manager to get it taken care of but it looked like he mightve been the one instigating the whole fiasco. All us customers couldnt help but look at each other and uncomfortably grin. One waitress, as embarrassed as she possibly could be, stepped out of the kitchen and realized the meeting in the back was highly audible in the dining area. She proceeded to apologize to us customers for the unprofessionalism. We were rarely checked on by our server. The food was fine though. Didnt have an issue with taste or anything. So theres a positive. Check out seemed to be a bit of a chore too, but we made it out alive. Maybe a little shell shocked, but nonetheless alive. We were there roughly 1.5 hours. That may have been shortened if they didnt have a fight club meeting though. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was as expected. I hope this helps some consumers in the future, but also hope this review allows IHOP to do something about the issues at this location to better take care of die hard IHOP fans such as I.

Twiin For The Win

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! The waiter approached us without giving his name or even a friendly greeting and simply just asked us "What do you guys want to drink?" so hes definitely starting off on the wrong foot. Then he brung our drinks without straws and didnt even make sure we had silverware so we had to ask for that. Then we waited almost an hour to get our food and on top of that the pancakes were disgusting(And this is supposed to be IHOP!??), barely had hashbrowns on our plate,The waiter never checked on us or even asked if we need anything. We quickly ate some of our food and decided to just wait for our check so we can go, but the dumb waiter never asked how we wanted the check either together or split so we had to take the check up to the register and get it split there and the cashier was a complete moron. SO YEA DONT EVER EVER EVER EAT HERE!! THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF ARE A JOKE!!

Do not go to this ihop! My family and I went to this ihop at 2 p.m. and it was empty. You would think because we were the only customers that they would get our order right. I ordered the cream cheese crepe. They gave me the crepe with no cream cheese inside. I ordered the steak tips medium well. I got tough steak tips I could barely chew. My family ordered pancakes and eggs. One ended up having diarrhea and my son felt like throwing up on the whole ride home. This place is also not a clean place, which is sad because we were the only customers. The bathrooms were horrible, and no one was there but the staff! I wish I would have went to the bathroom before I ate the food! If I would have seen how horrible the bathrooms were I would have ran out the place!

I like ihop and for the simple reason I have to drive 30 minutes to them makes me miss this place that much more. Ihop is international house of pancakes of course. I would suggest you try the whole grain pancakes, they are light fluffy and have taste of pecans and walnuts in the pancakes. Management is always nice we normally arrive here between the hours of 7am till 11am and the morning staff is usually on point. I tried the cheeseburger omelet and it was different but strangely good. Always a good place to visit while in franklin Tennessee.

Waited about 20 mins to be seated. Right away was greeted by a rude server, what wed like to drink? Had a very grumpy mood. Had our drinks brought out and waited what seemed like 30 mins before we placed an order. When our food came out it looked like they were in a rush making it. Burnt omelette, uncooked hash browns, dirty silverware. If you have a job doing customer service, make sure you have the right attitude.

Greatest Ever

This IHOP is no different from the rest. Consistent food quality and friendly waiters. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the waiting time. When I am here at rush hour I understand slower service but when the workers outnumber the customers I expect that the service would speed up a bit. Nothing to complain about though, I always love eating breakfast food for dessert here!

I just wish the staff cared. They will see you standing at the front waiting for a table, but it is never important enough for them to stop chit chatting and try to actually assist you. Also, is there a rule that the servers need to reak of cigarette smoke? 2 out of 3 times it happens. Plus you server will go on breaks for long stretches, and you just want to pay and leave.

Horrible customer service, waiter took our drink order and 10 minutes later our food order. After waiting 30 minutes for our food the waiter finally came over and said there was an issue with the computer system and the order didnt go in. After waiting another 30 minutes, 1 hr total, we walked out. Sad thing is they only had 4 tables. Will never return.

Doesnt even deserve one star. Was seated fairly quickly given how busy it was, but thats the only good thing. Our server continuously refused to take our order. Went around to his other tables, who were all seated after us, and skipped by us numerous times. Worst service at an IHOP Ive ever received.

Food was good as expected but the restaurant was messy in need of sweeping. Tables also sat with dishes stacked up longer than I would expect The server was not the most attentive but eventually got the job done. I was here a couple of years ago and it was top notch then. I am disappointed now.

Lack of service. I waited 10 mins to even order and since we waited so long we ordered drinks same time as food which apparently was a mistake bc they didnt come out til we got the food. So if I could rate this a 0 star I would. So take my advise and drive down the road to the Waffle House!

The food was extremely delicious, and Id definitely come back, but the service left much to be desired, as I ran out of water waiting for my food to show up and it wasnt refilled until most of the way through the meal. Definitely worth a visit, though, as the food is worth the price.

Good food, however the service tends to be slow and, on my most recent trip, it was rather messy, leaving me with a wad of butter stuck to the bottom of my shoe from underneath the table. However, on all of my other visits, this has not occurred, so perhaps it was just an off day?

Service here was slower than I expected for a weekday lunch, and they were out of some lunch items. Our server was very courteous. Parking is a little tricky because this location is in a strip mall with several other popular lunch locations but would be fine for breakfast.

I came over here to have breakfast the other day while I was getting my oil changed in my car. I have to say Ive never had my food brought out so fast. It was hot and fresh and tasted great. Waitress was friendly as well. Will be revisiting next time Im in the area.
