Waited 15 minutes before I finally went to the host and asked if we even were going to have a server that night. A female server finally came over to us, she said the 3 servers on the patio (where we were sitting) didnt know whos table we were, turns out we were hers. So, everyone saw us, but no one chose to approach, table or not. Then I ordered a beer. After another 10 minutes, she told me that the person who ordered before me killed the keg. Great! I ordered another. Husband ordered bacon cheeseburger, I ordered a Lamburger (they spell it that way) and onion rings. After 50 minutes, we got our food. Burgers were no big deal, onion rings were good. I asked to speak to a manager, wanted to let someone know what had been happening. I had to wait for him to come out of the kitchen. When he finally did, I let him know what had been happening. I told him I wasnt trying to get a free dinner or anything like that, (which is why most people seem to complain to management) but I just wanted him to know. We shouldnt have stayed, we totally should have gotten up and left. Such an incredible let down, would never go back.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Went on a date here Sunday night 10/04/2015. Heard good things about the place, it looked really nice. We seated ourselves outside. It took the server a really long time to come to our table and bring us menus. Before she arrived we watched one table that came in before us get up and walk out because their server never came back. It wasnt very busy at all. When our server finally came back, she took our order, forgot to bring my drink, and didnt bring us any silverware or napkins. The food came out pretty quickly.. I know why. My burger was raw. I eat medium rare steak all the time but this thing was really raw. We jacked silverware from the table that left since the lady never brought us any. It was just an all around terrible experience. DONT GO HERE.

First, let me say that the service was good and the outdoor seating is excellent. I was super excited to check this place out. We ordered the fried pickles and peppers to start. The batter is quite thick and overpowers the pickles. The peppers...well theyre just a miss and I love pepperoncinis... I ordered the bacon burger, which was good, not bad nor great. However, there are probably a dozen places in the city which do a better job. It was simply good. The homemade chips are pretty good. My date ordered the buffalo chicken sliders. The tomatoes used on the sandwiches were very sweet and kinda ruined it. The fries that she had were pretty good but could be just a bit crispier. Downside: she had a stomach ache later that evening.

Food is overpriced for average food at best. Not to mention waiting more than 30 minutes to get our food and when we asked politely why it took so long, who we believe to be the owner or manager responded with, "I wouldnt mind waiting 30 minutes for good food," when the food wasnt very good. The best thing there was the fries, but even then its not as good as McDonalds fries. 2 stars for food, 4 stars atmosphere, and 0 stars for staff. Attitude is absolutely unacceptable and pitiful for any establishment. Its in everyones best interest to avoid this place.

Four of us went to Pour House after Titans Game. The waitress was new but excellent. The Bartender was rude and not customer friendly. He literally insulted one of the people in our party. We got the manager involved. She was useless. Under no terms would we ever go there again. The owner has to deal with the Bartender. He should not be in the food service business. I give restaurant a ZERO and will let everyone know what is thought about the useless place. Nashville can do without this restaurant very nicely.

Lunch, Saturday, at the bar. Restaurant not full. Bartender was excellent, liquor portions generous. Ordered simple brunch items. Took FOREVER to get a basic breakfast plate and a blt(had to ask where food was). blt served on slider buns. breakfast plate, good, barren of amenities(no toast, pretty parsley, fruit slices). I personally left hungry(Im not a big person, but I am a big eater). We went to Gersthaus to eat more. Might be a great place for a late night out, but wont go again for anything mid-day.

Initial waitress was terrible. Got most of our orders wrong and the food was overcooked and cold. Couldnt get drink orders right. 2 of our party didnt even get their food. The manager fixed the problem by replacing the waitress and surprised us by having the restaurant pick up our entire bill, drinks and all. Never been here before but Id definitely go back because I can tell the management cares about the service their customers receive.

Almost everything about this place was terrible. The service at this joint was piss poor - at one point we had 3 different serves taking care of us, which created confusion on who ordered what. Food was terrible; I ordered chicken and waffles, the chicken was overdone and dry and the waffles tasted like Eggo waffles. My bloody mary was decent, but its hard to screw up a bloody when you using Zing Zing as your based.

The food was decent for bar food but the service was absolutely awful. Our waiter told us she would give us a minute and never returned. We moved from a table to the bar expecting better service. Apparently they were cut from the same cloth, given he was just as bad. It took over 15 minutes to get a beer once relocated and then 10 minutes for the beer to settle after the three inch head received on all drafts.

Huge shout out to the Pour House and waiter Benji for handling our group of 35 on Saturday evening. We were in town from Atl for a soccer tourney. Benji made the experience awesome - service was great for a huge group, the drinks and food were perfect - lots of choices. Thanks so much - would recommend this to anyone who wants laid back Nashville experience. Cant wait to come back next year. Thanks.

It took an hour to get all of our food and it took the longest for the salads. They were out of: cups, salad, and menus. They gave us red solo cups. We requested to speak to the manager and he never came to our table. He was also visibly rude to the wait staff, extremely unprofessional. Overall a bad experience. It was not the wait staffs fault. It seems to be mismanagement.

Good service. Attentive. Problem with one of our meals but was quickly corrected. Portions of their burgers not all that great; actually all of our portions werent all that great but also not bad. Simply average. Taste was good however. Prices very reasonable. Best selection of bourbon in Nashvile. Will definitely go back but will be more selective with what I order.

THis place is a joke. We came during the week of Burger Week and only the burger was included in the $5. No sides. The sides we ordered cost $4 and the portions were slim and the quality was poor. Not worth it. The staff wasnt on their game at all. Our orders came out slow and messed up. We had to wait on one burger and two sides. Not worth the money or the hassle.
