Worst Bar Louie experience I have ever had. I would give them zero stars if possible. Came to Nashville over Labor Day weekend for my Bachelorette Party and went to Bar Louie for brunch. As a note, we did not have a large party either, there was only 4 of us. A table size which is easy to manage. Our server was brand new, which can be understanding for minor mistake, but she was very inattentive. The first problem we experienced was our Bloody Marys did not have ANY garnishes. Knowing our server was new we quietly and politely went to go get some from the Bartender. Our food took well over 20 minuets to receive. When it did finally come, we had no silverware. We ask the gal who brought the food for some. She agreed to but never did. Instead she went to the host stand to stand around and socialize. Once we were finally able to dig in we had our breaking point problem. My breakfast had an EGG SHELL in it. This time we went directly to the manager who knew we were having some issues. He took it back to get fixed and never returned. The replacement meal took over 10 minuets to received and that was after i inquired about it. The new dish was never check on by the manager to make sure it was done correctly. Finally when it was time to cash out we couldnt find our server and went back to the manager for the bill. This time he did take care of the entire mean. Knowing that some of the issues were not the servers fault we did still tip her and tip her well. As we tried to get the 20 dollar bill broken down into smaller bills, the bartender gave us the wrong change shorting us. Still we got that fix and left a good tip for the server. Bar Louies in general have gone significantly down hill in quality and service. They use to be a fun place to go for good food, and drinks, especially for happy hour. Now I have NO interest in ever returning to one, in Nashville or any state. I highly do not recommend going to this Nashville location. Service and quality does not exist here.

I enjoy the food and atmosphere but unless you work in the Gulch, they are highly overpriced. Ordered long island teas last night and they were very weak, but the service I received really frustrated me! It was a Monday night and wasnt busy at all. The food and drinks came within a decent time but we werent checked on that often. When we were ready to go it took our server Braden over 20 minutes to come back and give us our bill. I did let him know that I worked in the Gulch to get the 15% discount at the beginning of our visit. When he finally brought the bill he did not apply the discount. So I spent another 10 minutes trying to catch his eye the two times he came out of the kitchen. I ended up yelling his name in order for him to notice me flagging him down to come over and fix the bill. So 30 minutes total wasted trying to flag our server down. No other servers checked on us either. Ive been in several times before and seems like its a flip of a coin whether I have good service. This particular time I had bragged about the appetizers and talked someone into coming with me, and that was not a good first impression. My friend and I were servers before and during college and definitely notice when someone doesnt give good service. If I go back I will have to pick my server. I did not see the manager that evening, but the times I have been, especially during lunch, he has been present and very polite. Hate to avoid this place over one server.

Horrible waitress and hostess, Customer service is not a priority here. When my friends and I arrived, it took 10 minutes to be greeted. No worries, I understand its busy. When the host finally comes back we ask him how long the wait is. His response was, "I dont know. I just make up a number in my head that sounds good" and shrugged his shoulders. Okay. He then proceeds to tell us to just "walk around until you find a seat." We start to walk around and notice an empty table so we sat down. The table was still dirty but we didnt mind because we finally had somewhere to seat. The tip of the iceberg was when the waitress comes over with the worst attitude and says, "I need a minute guys this table was not ready! That is what we have a hostess for. You should have waited to be seated!" I looked at her and said "we were told to just walk around until we found a seat." She rolled her eyes and walked away. I was shocked. The attitudes of the hostess and waitress must be a direct reflection of management. Such a shame.

Overall food was average, however the service was almost the worst Ive ever experienced. My friend was celebrating her graduation from Law School so we were all excited to meet up for dinner. The waitresses were rude, they acted as if they were irritated because we were a big party or maybe it was because we were black.. One of the waitresses rolled her eyes and had a negative attitude the entire night, it was sickening to watch. Not to mention this was a first experience for most people at the table, what a first impression! Quick to take my card to start a tab but slow to bring my drinks and food. Never brought my friends spinach dip so I shared my wings with her which were room temp when I got them. I ordered a martini and when it came out it was about a shots worth of drink in my glass. Manager just made things worse. I will never go back to this location! Like ever ☺️

Its very hard trying to enjoy your meal/cocktails with friends when the server treats you as if youre a bother to her day.... I attended a friends surprise party there Sunday and lets just say....I will not return. Our server Tiffany was very unwelcoming. She acted as if she was forced to service us. She had a problem with the way we wanted our checks. When she brought the checks INCORRECTLY (After I clearly explained to her how we wanted them) she kinda shooed us off as we were trying to explain it to her once more how we wanted them.....as well as added gratuity to our checks when we were told that it wouldnt be added ..... the gratuity wasnt an issue however when it was added when told otherwise were only forced to believe she added it because she gave us below mediocre service and wanted to insure she still got her 20% tip .... welp she got it and never again

This place is great back home in Missouri, I have come here twice the first time it was packed and could understand the wait but i went in on a not so busy night. Now this placed has low lights and a seat yourself policy, which would be great if they seen there customers. I came in looked over the menu for a drink and food, closed it got on my tablet(stalled), still no one came to take my order. Right when Im getting up to leave a nice lady came over to take my order she was very apologetic but i still order my food to go. Why spend $11 on a single drink when i could go down the street and drink all night for $20. I had just that much time to think it through. Food is always great but they will always be a day late and a dollar short with this policy. Honestly one of my favorite places but this irritated me.
