My husband and I were excited to try The Draft Room at Kings after reading such positive reviews; however, we were shocked by how horrible this experience was. We arrived at lunch time and the restaurant was relatively empty: only about 4 other tables had customers the entire time we were there. Our waitress was not very friendly but took our order and delivered our drinks promptly. About 35 minutes later, our order was brought to the table: cold fries and a burger and a grilled chicken wrap. Upon removing the bun of the burger for condiments, we noticed 3 HAIRS under the bun! Thankfully, I had not taken a bite yet. It took about 5 minutes before we were able to even find an employee to flag down to request our waitress. When she finally arrived to the table, we showed her the bun and HAIRS. Her unapologetic response was, "Well, thats just great. Do you want another one?" We sent it back and asked for everything to be made fresh. The waitress approached the manager who was speaking on the telephone in the back of the room. The manager did not acknowledge us or get off of the phone. We waited for about 20 minutes and were not checked on by the waitress or manager during that time. Finally, when the waitress reemerged, we asked her to just cancel the burger and that we were ready to go. She asked for our credit card to which my husband requested to see an actual check before he turned over his card. The waitress returned a few minutes later with the bill. After ensuring that we were only charged for the chicken wrap, my husband gave the waitress his card. When she returned with the receipt, my husband requested to speak to the manager. The waitress replied, "Lots of people are out today, so hes been on the phone. I showed him the burger earlier and he told me to just bring you a new one.” My husband again asked to speak with the manager. She replied that she would try to “find” the manager. After another 10 minutes of waiting, my husband flagged down the waitress and asked about the manager. She replied, "Hes still on the phone." My husband asked if the situation did not seem important enough to the manager to get off of the phone to speak to us, and the waitress replied by shrugging her shoulders and walking away. After this, my husband removed the tip from the bill and left a note for the manager since he never came out to speak to us or apologize for the terrible service or food. This was such a disgusting and disappointing experience.

We came into the Draft Room with a party of seven, and the place was packed. Thy found us a table right away, however our server was busy helping another large party. Thats when a Manager, I think his name was Dan, sprung into action.within moments of sitting down, Dan greeted us and took our drink order. He returned quickly with drinks and explained the menu to us. BT the time our server broke away from the other large table, Dan was taking our order. At this point Dan went to help another table, but our server picked right up where Dan left off, proving amazing service. Best treatment we have had anywhere, and all while they were packed. I guess I now know why they were packed

The bowling alley was great! Our bill was $51 at the Tap Room which we are not hesitant to pay for quality food. Great service and great server, but the food was lacking. Pricing initially seemed good, but everything is a la carte. An adult burger was the size of a child burger. Three of the four of us will be eating again when we get home because we left hungry. Margarita lacked taste and when it was sent back it came back with more alcohol which is not what I wanted. I wanted the sweet and sour taste, but it was very bland. The burger was filled with salt and no fries included. Will ensure we eat before we bowl next time.

Man..... the "Spicy Teri-dactyl" might just be my favorite wing sauce ever! Hits with a wasabi kind of heat, but finishes with a teriyaki/BBQ flavor! The Cajun fries are a hit as well. And the beer selection is well above par for chain joints in the area. Subtracting one "star" due to randomly great/awful service. It TOTALLY depends on who you get. Sit at the bar with Jessi for the best of the best! She knows her beer, for sure! Overall, I really like this place. Clean, good food, good beer, great sports selection on dozens of TVs, and.... oh, by the way... a pretty cool bowling, karaoke, gaming venue right next door.

Great place to watch a game and enjoy some food thats a shade outside of the typical bar food. I had the Fat Elvis Burger and although it sounds strange (with banana and peanut butter) it was good in its own right. Regular fries were good but to get seasoned its extra $, and although I did it once I dont think it was worth it. Bowling alley looks cool although I havent done it. Additionally they have 4-player air hockey, pool tables, etc. Lastly, outside they have a huge connect four game, corn hole, and oversize Jenga.

This is an actually cool place to eat. Came here for my girlfriends bday party. Food was good no complaints there. The drinks is what are keeping this from being 5 stars. They were watered down and full of fruit juice. The signature drinks were catered more toward women. Once i realized that i wanted to order a shot but the liquor selecriin was very limited and was more bottom shelf drinks. But an overall good experience just get a bigger liquor selection. Thanks

Five stars, no contest. Why, you ask? The Draft Room is a chameleon of a venue. Looking for the perfect place for a family outing? Why not the Draft Room and their friendly environment. Want to watch football on Sundays? I suggest you go to the Draft Room and experience their wide array of gigantic TVs and state of the art sound system. Searching for the best food in Nashville? Kings made from starch kitchen will impress any salivating appetite and then some.

We went to grab a bite and drinks before bowling. We did not have reservations (because who knew you had to have reservations for a sports bar). The hostess was not friendly, and told us that she would only seat reservations, despite there being many open tables. She shook her head at us and rudely told us that we could wait 3 hours on a table. We wont be back.

Excellent place to visit if you like bowling or spend time with friends. Food is excellent with good variety. Place is packed and it can be difficult to park closer to the entrance.

Every time I come here with co workers or my husband we enjoy the food, drinks and great customer service. Bonus...watching sporting events on the 3 large TV screens is awesome!

Food was great, and beers were cold. Also they probably have the biggest TVs in the area. What more can you ask for out of a sports bar!?!?

If you are looking to bowl and have a good time, this is the place. The bartender even gave me a "birthday cake" shot. Love it here.
