I used to order food here before they closed the restaurant for the Kroger renovation. I was excited that it reopend after a really long time. The first few times I ordered takeout after the reopen, the orders took an extremely long time to be cooked. I ended up waiting more than 20 minutes in the restaurant after waiting the 30 minutes they told me it would take when I ordered over the phone. I assumed it was because they reopened and were getting back into the swing of things with a new kitchen and eat in area. There was a new girl that was working the counter who also works at Kroger. She was rude, answered the phone in the middle of dealing with customers face-to-face, and spent more time flirting with the owners son that doing her job. We called to place an order last night and requested that the rice in the combination dinner be placed in a separate container than the sesame chicken so that the sauce didnt mix with the rice. The rude girl on the phone said they wouldnt do that, so I canceled the entire order. My husband thought it was ridiculous that they wouldnt be willing to do that and said the girl must have misunderstood what I was asking, so he called back to find out she did understand and refused. He asked her if she could go ask the owners, and she said she would. She returned to the phone and said they said no. It makes no sense why they wouldnt fulfill this simple request to please a customer. I honestly cant say I do not know any restaurant that would refuse to give a customer an order where they had to put one part of it in a separate container than another part. Thats simple customer service. We will not order from them again.

I used to enjoy Wok N Roll for " okay " Chinese carryout food - though they do have a sit down area. What I enjoyed about it was convenience and customer service (depending on the server). I prefer to give my support to local businesses and have been to this establishment on many occasions. Though I dont expect special treatment, I felt I had a decent customer/ owner relationship. After this evening I will NEVER BE BACK. Their food is just okay for carryout ( let alone dine in), but their customer service has gone terribly down hill. What has been a " local business" has become, yet another, commercialized, less than average restaurant. Very disappointed! Shame on the owners.

The food it dose not taste any more No flavor no taste They back to the same before they closed up Not my 1st choice And who ever say the food is good They dont know anything about how food should taste , they just eat anything and say is good unless you put a ton of sauce than you just eating sauce The last 2 times I got food from there it was cold and old . There for Im done . I can do my own at home and taste much better There is no good Chinese food in the boro Sorry you got to go downtown Nashville for that

Okay food, ridiculous wait times. Not worth it. Order placed at 7:10, took 1:13 seconds to order. The order was 2 General Tsos chicken combos, 1 with fried rice, the other white rice. "about 30 minutes" was what I was told. I got our order at 8:13, 1 hour and 3 minutes for food. I understand its considered rush time for restaurants at these times, but waiting over an hour for food is unacceptable.

I dont know what most of these people are talking about. every time Ive eaten at this restaurant, it has always been delicious and the service is fast. You can tell the food is freshly made and uses high quality ingredients. If you are thinking about eating here, do your self a favor and DO IT. This place is many times more delicious than any other Chinese place in town. Especially the buffets.

Wok N Roll is a small place with very comfortable booths. The food was fantastic, I went overboard and ordered several things without disappointment. Our waiter was friendly and attentive however, there was only one other small group there. The food quality is worth the wait if there is any wait involved.

They are back! Service can be slow around dinner time, so call your order in about 45 minutes before you want it. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff are friendly and nice. This restaurant is locally owned so money spent here stays close to home. Support your local small businessees!

Not sure where some of the other posters ate, but I have never had rude service or sub-par food from Wok-N-Roll! The staff is friendly and the food great. Every New Years, my family orders 30 Shrimp Rolls for our party & they are the first food that is eaten. Great staff, great food, and great prices.

We have been eating here ever since they opened and have never had bad food. The young man taking orders is always very respectful, we get our food quick and even when we drive home to eat, its always very hot and always very good.

Very rude employees. My wife, my son and I all had different dishes but they all tasted the same. The General Tsaos, Chicken with Garlic Sauce, and Sweet and Sour chicken all tasted as if they were made with the same base. Ick!

Wok n Roll is consistently amazing, their restaurant is very clean, and their customer service is great. Highly recommend this restaurant, best family-owned Chinese restaurant Ive ever eaten at plus its very reasonably priced.

Omg......sooooo rude.....for some reason they could not leave off RICE! They would not put the rice in a seprate container!....the people are rudr...they cant or wont think out side the box....we will never go back....ever!

food was bad, counterperson ignored me while laughing on the phone, food was bad. price was too high and food was bad...it tasted like cardboard boxes. as for sanitation the place was pretty gross.

Love it... good fresh food, the restaurant is always kept spotless. Atmosphere is really inviting and relaxing. Try it if you dont like it, just never go back; Im pretty sure that wont be the case

Ive been going to this place for a while off and on for 5 yrs. They just recently reopened a few months back and the remodel is nice, but the prices went up on everything. Food is GREAT though.

Its OK. Cashier was nice enough, very clean, I ordered the crab wontons and fried rice with chicken. The wontons were good, the fried rice was fine but the chicken they used wasnt that great.

Nice clean place. Food is great and well prepared so dont be in a hurry. No sushi or alcohol served. But their sweet tea is pretty good! Ordering online is easy too.
