Sir Pizza is great, unique pizza. A very good alternative to all the nasty chain store pizza although, you will pay twice what the chain stores charge. But this location (barfield crescent/veterans parkway) has the absolute worst service of any restaurant in town. No kidding. The entire staff is RUDE EVERY TIME I give it a chance. I am done with this place even tho I could walk there. Its worth it to drive all the way to the main street location for great service, better pizza and a much cooler looking decor. I really cant express how much the entire staff makes me hate them every time I walk in. SO RUDE.

Called them and they said they were open till 11pm last night, which was Friday. I walked in at 9:55PM with my family to sit down and grab a bite to eat, and they claimed they were closing up so would I like it to-go. One hour and 5 minutes before closing time. They said they closed at 11pm even when I asked them in there but they also said they decided to start closing up. Great way to run off customers. I for sure wont be back.

Sadly, the quality of Sir Pizzas food has slipped from barely mediocre to seriously unpalatable. The so-called pepperoni pizza I ordered had no visible pepperoni on it, and if their was any cheese present, I couldnt find it. And if, as they say, you eat with your eyes first, well shut your eyes. The pizza they served me resembled a dirt road after a rainstorm.

I ordered takeout, after their grand opening Sept. 2016 and the staff was awesome and the pizza was perfect. I asked for extras and they actually did it. Other places throw cheese over the top to hide the fact that there are no extras. Ill be back... In fact, gonna order now with Delivery!

Horrible. No pizza slices being maintained on the buffet. Business was slow and they only had 1 guy serving the whole restaurant. Waited 20 minutes to get served drinks. Had to wait for the buffet to get stocked, good thing I had time to spare. What pizza I did get was fine.

My husband tried to eat here for lunch today but no one showed up to open the restaurant until 15 minutes after the stated opening time. He had to go back to work so we have no clue how the food is. Definitely disappointed in the way they run their business.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered on a Friday night. It took an hour longer than promised (We had to call and check on the order when it was half an hour late) and they still charged full price. Good pizza, terrible service.

The food is good. But they wont do half and half sauces on pizza. We asked for half pizza sauce half barbecue sauce and they said it was "a hassle." I worked at a pizza place for six years. Its not a hassle.

Went in this location for the buffet..had to ask them to put pizza out. You had a choice of pepperoni or pepperoni on the buffet. Not a good location to eat Sir Pizza. :-(
