This is one of the few Subway restaurants where I will eat. The employees are always extremely nice and polite. They always make good well made sandwiches. Where this location lacks is its drive thru. They do not have enough business to employ a dedicated drive thru staff. If you go through the drive thru you will be put into line along with the people in the lobby. One of the best things about this store is that you can also get dessert. They have a little ice cream shop inside the lobby where you can get basic ice cream treats.

I sat and waited and waited and waited for drive up service, and when I pulled up to the window there were employees I could see but no one was managing the window. I drove off and went to the Mooresville Subway.

Always a long wait for drive thru and constantly messing up the order. Ordered light oil on a sub today and the entire wrapper was doused and they put no cheese on it!
