If I COULD give this location no stars I would ,my husband and I went to fire house subs today to get lunch when we ordered we told the young lady taking our order that he is allergic to mushrooms and cant have any on his sub and none can come in to contact with our food. How ever when we got our subs , there were mushroom on his sub , we didnt find this out until he was 2 bites in and had already ingested the mushrooms . As he stood up to go take the sub back to the front of the store , he had to rush to the bathroom to vomit . I took the sub up to the counter and explained to a young man what was going on , and pulled a mushroom out to show him that there were mushrooms on this sub . He offered to remake it , when I went to tell the manager what was going on the manager was friendly enough , but the General manager / District manager was rude and said that he had pulled the sub out of the trash and that there were no mushrooms on the sub . And proceeded to basically call us liars because he believed there were no mushrooms on this sub . From now on IF we go to Firehouse subs again we will be going to the one in Smyrna

My husband and son love this place. My neighbors do as well. I think the food is great, but the wait is longer than most Sub shops, the people at this current location are not very friendly or happy and its way more expensive than other sub shops. Not my first choice of places to go.However, the food is good.

We love this Firehouse Subs and have been coming here for years. Its our go to weekend sandwhich place! Great for families, individuals, take out and large sports groups too. Mark Watson is the owner and he is very committed to running a great business. Highly recommend.

With my job I travel all over Alabama, Tennessee, and GeorgIa. I have eaten at many Firehouse locations, but this one stands above the rest. I make a point to eat here whenever I am in Murfreesboro. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and excellent quality food.

I ask for No Mushrooms. Density took my Order . I told her Twice No Mushrooms. Now I am sick because these Teenager s Do not listen. They Want $15 Hour . But they can not take a Order Right . She Should be Fired . I will not be Back

Very disappointed with our order. We bought 3 subs and 3 orders of the chilli that sells for over $4 each paid extra for cheese that we didnt get. Chilli cups we only filled half full. We will never buy the chilli again.

Firehouse subs is open pretty late so its a great place for a grad student to grab a warm, tasty pastrami (NY Steamer) sandwich after night classes.
