I dont understand why this is only 3 stars, because Ive been to several taco bells and this is THE BEST one. Better than both the ones in Smyrna. The food was all like well proportioned (ex. On the nachoes a equal amount of meat and cheese and sour cream and beans). And the guy that took my order was super super nice and told me they were hiring and accepted my application. He mightve been the manager but i dont know he was just so nice and the food was prepared better than the two taco bells in Smyrna..

Absolutely terrible service. The people at the drive thru told us it would be a 15 minute wait. We werent in a hurry so we told them it was fine. We started to order and they interrupted us and said "are you really sure? Its going to be at least 20 minutes now." They refused to give us franchise or corporate information, and the GM was outside smoking in a car talking to someone and flat out ignored me. Never going to Taco Bell again.

I was here last night at midnight and everybody was outside smoking. They said they couldnt take our order because they were in the middle of a "shift change". They were scheduled to close at 1am. This kind of bull crap wouldnt have bothered me, but it just topped my day off in the wrong way. This place is full of immature teenagers who dont want to work.

This Taco Bell sucks. No other way to put it nicely.. They can never get an order right! I have had to call and have an order fixed multiple different times.. Last night I called and the young girl took my number to have a manager call me back - not to my surprise, I never got the callback. Smh. Please step your game up!! Not good for service.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service. Every time Iv ever been to a Taco Bell, somehow my order is wrong. And then I get attitude when I ask for my order. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with avocado sauce and they gave me a soft taco.....and my new order was just a burrito. Not grilled, no avocado sauce. SCREW YOU TACO BELL.

Ive never spent more time waiting in a drive threw line . every damn time over 25 min. so waiting waiting waiting I guess Ill go in. its gotta be faster then this. I go in theres one couple sitting an eating while about 6 other people wait on food. so dont go here unless ur looking for a long wait for cold food

Needs adult supervision, seems to be run by kids who are more into socialising than helping customers. Also, the amount of grease scooped into the taco shells and tortillas makes the food inedible if its ground beef.

I mean, its Taco Bell. But they make sure the order is correct and write the special instructions on the wrapper to let you know that they did it like you asked. So I really appreciated that.
