Generally the food is good here, but tonight was a different story. I normally get either the brisket or the hero which are definitely great sandwiches, but tonight I wanted to try something different so I got a Philly cheese steak sub. 1. It seemed like people who came in after me got their food before me. 2. The Philly steak meat was dry and over cooked almost as if someone had microwaved the meat instead of grilling it. 3. I asked for extra pickle and didnt get it. I will be back but I want you to know that my sandwich was not good tonight. I wish your Philly was as good as your brisket.

Terrible. 4 times in a row have gotten home with my take out order and it has been wrong. This last time I checked my sandwich before I left. Thank goodness, it was correct because I have had to drive back up there 3 times in a row to get my order correct. Get home this time, my sons ham and cheese is incorrect. How hard is a freaking ham and cheese. Please tell me a single restaurant that puts mayo on a kids sandwich. Ill throw his in the trash and split mine with him because I cant pack my 3 month old up in the car again just so they can correct the ridiculously consistent mistakes.

The food here is very tasty, the service is fast and the staff is friendly. However, they do not give you what you order. I ordered steak and cheese sandwich, but only got steak, no cheese. My friend ordered a turkey/bacon sandwich and only got two small pieces of bacon on it. Its like they are not paying attention to what they are putting on the sandwiches. If they would give you what you ordered, then I would be satisfied with eating here.

The food is very tasty, but you better not need it fast. I have been there when its very busy and when its not crowded. Either way, it has taken a very long time to get my order (a simple sandwich). Its also a bit pricey for the amount you get. A medium sized sub came to nearly $8 (w no chips or drink). It was about the size of a 6 inch sub at Subway.

Ordered a medium steak & cheese sub with sauteed mushrooms, extra provolone cheese and double meat, which was paired perfectly with a Sweet Rose I ordered online to preserve time, within 15 mins my order was ready coinciding with my arrival time. Excellent Choice

This staff is practically a family. I always see the manager, Brian, staying engaged and helping out. Just about everyone in this place is customer oriented. And the food is good too. :) Place needs to be about three times bigger at lunch!

Firehouse is terrific! The Subs are the best I have ever had. The place is super clean and the staff is professional and curtious. If you have never tried them I highly recommend it.

Came in on a Saturday at Noon, and even though it was busy the service was quick and efficient. You cant go wrong with any of the sandwiches, but the Hook & Ladder cant be beat!

Cashier was snark and didnt wear a hair net around the subs when they were prepared. Ofcourse they forgot to put mustard on the sub, which is standard!

Great hot subs. Combos will run you around $10 but the subs alone are less than $6 which puts them on par with other sandwich shops. Give them a try!
