Only giving them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Last year the floors had apparently been freshly waxed (in the middle of the day?) and the staff said it was safe. But I actually fell on the floor more than one time, also while holding hot food. Double ouch. We came back today because we have a gift card. The gift card machine was broken apparently. We sucked it up and went to dig some cash out of the van. We requested a single free drink for the inconvenience and had to fight tooth and nail with the extremely rude manager in order to get it. Keep in mind that drink literally costs less than $0.10 to the store so we did not think it was unreasonable. Finally we go to eat. The pizza isnt very fresh considering it was a full house. There was more sauce on each slice than cheese and bread combined! Gross. Noodles tastes like mush... wayyy overovercooked. The brownies were essentially brownie batter. They were raw I swear. Didnt eat them because we dont want food poisoning. TL;DR the management needs to work on customer service, they need to clean the place up (imagine, a toddler could easily have busted their head open!), and they really need to learn how to cook food. If anyone gets sick from here I wouldnt be suprised.

Today 8/20/17 we went there with a group of about 18 people at like 1:27 and according to the receipt some guy named Chris took care of us. And the first thing he told us when we got there was that there was no room for all of us in there so then we asked him, so youre saying you want us to leave? and he said well I dont know what else to tell you guys. That wasnt a great way of talking to a customer, but we stayed anyways and we thought that was going to be the only issue we had there. Then while we were eating a lady that worked there was on her break and she sat down with another lady at a table in front of us and they started touching each other inappropriately, and after a while her break was over and they started making out and the lady that worked there went back to work over at the cash register. The sad thing about all of this is that this kind of place is supposed to be a family environment but with this kind of treatment and seeing what that employee did while on her break was unacceptable. I like the food at cicis but with all of this happening I just want to let you guys know to be more careful with whats happening at this location.

Awful service...and rude manager...took my children there at 5 pm on Tuesday Nov 24th..we were the only people in there when we got there.....there was only cold pizza on the buffet that you could tell had been there a long time. When I asked the manager if we could oder pizza she said NO! You have to eat from the buffet. 30 minutes later I see other customers getting hot pizza brought to there table. Finally after I asked again for hot pizza we got it 40 minutes into our visit when my children were over it. The manager was rude and gave me dirty looks the whole 10 minutes I stood waiting for hot pizza. Will never visit this establishment again.

The manager Tyler, was throwing plates down, yelled at an associate for taking a specialty order at 7:45. My husband waited 30 minutes for his specialty pizza only to find out that the associate who took his order, got in trouble for it, she was almost in tears. Manager continued throwing things around in the back. Manager came to the buffet area where he threw a pizza spatula out in the dining are. Then we looked on the buffet, and there was my husbands specialty pizza he never got. Thumbs down for this place, Im not sure if the General Manager was there or not, but if he was, he was allowing the manager to act like this. Uncalled for.

This location is horrible with horrible customer service! My cousins and I visited this location at 8:20pm last night (5/19/16) and noticed that the sign said it closed at 10:00pm. We tried to get a custom pizza and they didnt want to make it after one of the other cashiers asked us once we arrived. Once I got the pizza the vegetables were not done, they closed the salad bar at 8:45ish. The pizza they had on the buffet was cold and said they werent going to make any more pizza. Very lazy employees, workers were outside in the parking lot playing hooky. I will never step foot in this institution again!

The lady that cleans the table obviously needs another job, 1st I witnessed her walk by the bar and cough without her hand covering her mouth. That was bad enough! Thank goodness I was already done and so was the grandkids, next she picks up a plate of another customers table that wasnt done eating and puts her dirty hands all in their plate and sets it back down. I overheard them say well we are done now. I think we will find another place to eat from now on!

Just off I 24 on Industrial Blvd., behind the Polo Tropical. Parking is not bad, but if its a prettyb day you might park at the theatre and walk down to Cicis. They are usually busy anywhere from 5 pm on for dinner. Good selection of pizza and they keep it coming. Wish the salad bar had a little more variety besides olives, lettuce, crutons and dressing.

The light sauce that they use on their pizza causes pizza that has been out for a while to become even more dry and unappetizing. This in turn causes less customers, which causes less fresh pizza. I would have given this another star if I didnt wake up the day following with food poisoning. Not the worst thing Ive had, but it wont be worth a return visit.

This food was ridiculously disgusting!! And now u have to "bust" your own table?? My thoughts are, "Well if we have to pay to eat, CLEAR THE TABLE, AND EMPTY DISHES hell i could stay home and eat dinner.... or the prices can at least be lowered for this garbage they call food!!" just my thoughts...

The food here was not very good. Looks like the staff was rushed to keep up with the flow and shelled out flat pizzas the entire time we were here. The store is clean and the wait time was non existent, the food really ruined the experience, I know CiCis is cheap but this really set the bar low.

Not bad place but this is the first time that my step children and wife had to leave early without enjoying our meal because a crazy looking guy came in his pistol on his side all all you have there is children and families. Looking for a safer place to go now. Good bye CiCis

Like most places, when it opened it was great. Each visit since has been more and more disappointing. Now the selection of pizza are minimal and the choices you do have are..... Cheese and cheese & pepperoni. Great if youre a child.... Not so much for the adult.

Nice service low prices good little game room and they will make custom pizzas and bring them to your table for no extra charge with the buffet bar. The quality is a little bit low but is on par with the price.
