Tonight we received the absolute worst service. Our waitresses name was Jennifer N. Never did she introduce herself (got her name from receipt), we sat at the table for over 10 mins before she even came and asked our drink orders then quickly walked off before we could even tell her the appetizer we wanted. We waited another 10 mins before she came back with drinks and left again without taking our order. Thats when my fiancé asked her to come back. She finally took our order did not take the menus. We ate dinner with our menus, empty appetizer plate, and empty biscuit platess ln the table. Never once did she ask if we wanted a refill on drinks and brought the check out while we where all still eating and put to go boxes on the table again while we are STILL eating. I highly doubt i will ever return.

We went here tonight for my daughters birthday. There were 6 of us. It was not a good experience and I left annoyed I had just spent $150 on that dinner. Our server though very nice was slow, never pre used the tables so we stared at dirty dishes most of the meal & rarely refilled our drinks. We went @ 8pm tonight and they were not busy. However our food took forever and everything was over cooked. Our appetizer of calamari was one of the worst Ive had. I was throughly unhappy with the meal. The server was nice and they did sing to my daughter which she very much enjoyed. All else was very below average.

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Not the servers fault, but the kitchen. Endless Shrimp? Not hardly, having to wait 25 minutes between refills on a Tuesday night in a restaurant not half full is terrible service. When I am being asked by the apologetic server if we want to put in another shrimp refill order while still waiting on the first shrimp refill order is SUB STANDARD KITCHEN SERVICE and POOR MANAGEMENT of a restaurant.

Wonderful, our waitress Victoria was young, but exceptional. We really appreciated her customer service skills. When in the area if shes still working there is will definitely request her as my waitress. She was appreciate her being courteous goes a long way when in this world most servers can be so rude. The Red Lobster in Mt Juliet’s Providence area is the only seafood restaurant nearby so we go there occasionally. Love the salty, buttery dinner rolls. Endless shrimp was featured so I did get plenty to eat. Food was fine, not great. Service was pretty good. We’ll be back next time we need a seafood fix

Date night with my wife, and my expectations were blown away. Wonderful ambiance and our waiter Tony provided superb service. Food was very flavorful and well prepared. We did not plan to go here but our first choice was packed full with a long wait. Well we now have a new first choice for date night.

Our server Kayleigh was great! We had a small problem with our order and she fixed it immediately and was so gracious and kind and conversed with us the whole time. she even noticed my ravens sweater and when she brought us our dessert she wrote "go ravens" with the caramel sauce! Love it!

Great service, perfect food! Our server was fantastic, brought everything before we had a chance to ask. Offered suggestions, didnt over crowd, was attentive. Food was delicious, clean, worry atmosphere. No waiting on a Friday night. Absolutely wonderful.

Disappointing. Watery clam Chowder. Salad portion very small. Attentive Service. Red Lobster needs to do something drastic to improve overall food quality as they are headed for captain Ds/Shoneys territory as far as food is concerned.

Having lunch with my hubby at Red Lobster. Having a blast. The manager, Alan, is absolutely wonderful! He seated us, explained the entire menu to us and even took our order! So professional and personable. We will be back!

Enjoyed my dinner around 5:30pm on a Wednesday. No wait. Had Atlantic Salmon with grilled zucchini and squash and new mozzarella and tomato caprese salad. Also added a side of shrimp. Delicious and great service.
