Worst Little Caesars that I have ever had. My mother and sister went to pick up a hot and ready cheese pizza today, and this pizza surely hasnt been hot and ready in at least 1-2 days. It was hard, barely warm and the cheese just ripped right off the crust, not because it was hot but because it was so old probably. I dont know why my mom and sister still bought it and brought it home after the cashier showed the pizza to them because it looked just as bad as it tasted.The crazy bread tasted just the same and like it was a couple days old too. Oh and they asked for marinara with the crazy bread, walked out, had no marinara. This pizza was mediocre. I wouldnt be surprised if one of us ended up with some kind of food poisoning tomorrow.

WARNING!!! My wife and I got food poisoning from this location last week after ordering 2 pizzas and wings at this MJ location. When I called the next morning to report it, I spoke to the owner who was extremely rude and unapologetic. She clearly had no concern about the matter and obviously has no business sense of customer service/retention/marketing. I have shared this with over 25 people I know in the area including family, friends, and neighbors who live in MJ - all lost business for this location. Last, but not least, when my wife asked for napkins, the kid behind the counter laughed and said "what, you are not going to use your sleeve?" Really?!?

I preordered a cheese deep dish cause they arent hot n ready like they are supposed to be. When I got there I paid for the pizza and a 2 liter cold Pepsi with my card. I went to grab a Pepsi out of the freezer and they only had cherry flavor. I dont like cherry, so I asked for a refund on the Pepsi. The manager didnt know how to do a refund on a card and said he couldnt give me my money back. I asked if I could grab two little Pepsi instead. He first said no. Then said fine and went off on me in front of customers. I will NEVER go back there again! He had a BAD attitude and has NO business being a manager!

Hopefully the food good because the service is horrible! Now its understandable that it is 20 minutes before closing time and you are probably ready to go home but to act as if you dont want to make a certain kind of pizza is horrible! I also witnessed this happen to the next person to walk in! Very bad for business!
