I have consistently had to wait at this location for a hot and ready which speaks poorly of their preparation. However, I have never historically complained about the topic as it is trivial in the grand scheme. Tonight I pulled into their parking lot at 9:15 when posted store hours indicated that they close at 10. As an employee walked out she informed me they decided to close early and then she proceeded to her car. Closing 5 minutes early is one thing but 45 minutes early is poor business.

Big fan of the quick in and out of Little Ceasars, by this location consistently does not have pizzas ready and the employees are not apologetic about the wait (they seem to think customers would expect to wait for their hot and ready pizza). If your main selling point is having pizzas that are hot and ready it seems like they should at least be hot and ready.

Used to be a regular visiting a couple times a week, but lately its been nothing but terrible service and greasy pizza. Today I walked in and got a lunch combo and they had no cold drinks besides diet pepsi and diet Mt dew. Asked for cheesy jalapeño cup and they only had ranch cups available. Will never go back to that location.

Terrible experience. 3 people working. No customer service skills whatsoever. Guy working in kitchen and front counter, doesnt wash hands. Nothing ready at all. Food gets backed up in oven, sits on belt for 5 minutes before anyone rescues it from being burnt. Awful place. Go somewhere else.

I love the pizza, but we stop for hot and ready because its quick and easy! There are never any hit and ready!! Last 4 times I have stopped here I have had to wait 10 minutes for them to cook the pizza I want. 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese...never avaiable when I walk in...

Why is little caesars still in business? That is the worst pizza money can buy. The service I good. They dont waste any time getting awful pizza to each and every customer.

Wanted BBQ pizza advertised. Wouldnt let us order ahead and when we arrived at the store, they didnt have any ready to put in oven. Methusela was making the pizzas.
