While visiting my daughter, who took a Job in Brownsburg In, we were touring around a really nice farmers market. Walking up and down the tents for a while on a beautiful day, I got hungry and of course asked if they wanted some pizza. They happily agreed and we started looking for the right pizza place. I stopped by the Booth of a nice young girl selling 31 totes, she highly recommended Rockstar Pizza, I asked if she would guarantee me it was the best and she said it easily was the best. Never one to not accept a pizza challenge, we headed over to Rockstar Pizza. We walked in and we were immediately hit in the face with a massive amount of purple, apparently the local High school colors, the decor was pretty cool, lots of music memorabilia from several genres. One thing that caught me way off guard was the Salad bar, WOW I cannot even begin to tell you how I loved the choices and I HAD to get a bottle of their homemade Ranch. It was amazing. I love this place! I believe in supporting local mom and pop style places and this is definitely that! I found this place a few years ago in Plainfield and was sad when they closed. I tried the original Brownsburg location and I love how they have changed it! The salad bar is the best around in my opinion. My son loves the homemade ranch dressing - the kids salad bar is $3.99 not $4.99 as previously stated. To me, its an easy choice for lunch w/ the new pizza and salad bar buffet or dinner because of all the different types of pizza. My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch! Put it on the thin crust instead of thick and its a hit! The owners actually work there and are personable and outgoing. If you have questions or comments, they welcome them and have no problem with changing something. I came in during a sports game and one of the tvs by us was changed w/ no problem. If you are looking for a great hang out this is it! I like the appetizers and drinks and casual atmosphere.

So, Rockstar Pizza. A treat for me, being from Canada, where we are sadly lacking great pizza joints. I think theyre really great! Ive always received very friendly service, great food, and a very clean and inviting atmosphere. The service, Ive always found, is just a step above what you might expect from your typical family restaurant. Greeted with a smile, and the servers are always nearby to help you out if you have questions. The food...well, its pretty great. Theres nothing mind blowing, well maybe the homemade potato soup. I had one of their gourmet pizzas, the Smoke House. The crust was covered in barbeque sauce,with sausage,ham bacon, and tons of cheese. What more do you need from a pizza? Their salad bar is also really excellent, ranging from peas, nuts and cranberries to healthy and delicious vegetables. I really appreciate that you have a wide selection of food for every palette and diet. All in all a great place to eat!

The salad bar was ok, the lettuce was brown and there was a sour smell coming from one of the areas on the salad bar. However the service wasnt great!! We had a 7 year old with us today and there was an Eminem song playing and it was not the edited version needless to say the f bomb was dropped about 6 times when one of us finally mentioned it to the waitress. Fine she changed the channel but then she proceeds to try and justify the station and make us sound stupid? Really there are times to just say I am sorry and be quite. I love Eminem but not in a restaurant with kids around. I also have an issue with using a coupon for 3 salad bars for $9.99 and then you charge us for a kids salad @ $4.99 WOW really..my friends waited 10 minutes for service and there was only one other table in the entire place that had occupants, now I know why. Will not be going back too many other places in Brownsburg!!

The pizza seems fresh yet, the toppings are not, My family has bought 6 pizzas, two the same type of pizza, never the same amount of toppings, also never cooked all the way. We had one great pizza out of six. They need better training, every time I sit down or pick up a pizza, customer service is slow and not very welcoming. Seems they are over worked due to lack of organization and correct preparation. Also the interior always has a used south-Chicago dirty feel. If you like Old dirty Chicago Pizza, then you will love Rock Star Pizza. Also, Why the name Rock Star, when there is never any Rock and Roll playing, just children TV shows! SO much for another good pizza joint! Another one bites the dust! Hey hey! Now they have moved, better parking, larger space, but same problems. Hope they get some ""F"world" help to get them rock-in & rolling in the right direction again!

My almost 4 year old was cravng "pizza and sticks" today, so we headed to our favorite locally owned pizza place! I love the fresh salad bar- the home made ranch and croutons are out of this world! I love hot wings and recently tried Rockstars, and now I am hooked. My son loves their cheesy bread and I am torn between the smokehouse/the bang bang/and the thai gourmet pizzas for my favorite. I just love that they have an extensive menu- pizza, subs, calzones, soup and salad, fried mushrooms, pasta- really they have it all! The owners and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Within seconds, they have a diet coke ready for me and a wooden play pizza set for my son to play with while looking at the menu. If you want to support local (and why wouldnt you?), Rockstar is the place to go!!!

It was our first visit to the restaurant and we didnt know what to expect...and we were pleasantly surprised with the service, the food and the fun atmosphere!The waitress was super helpful, didnt hover even though we told her we were new and were the only table when we ate an early dinner. Apparently the owner was formerly in the music biz and so all of her posters and autographed memorabilia is from her personal collection.HIGHLY recommend the breadsticks and 3 different dips! The cheese was OUTSTANDING, the butter sauce was soooo yummy and we delighted by the marinara!Cant wait to go again!

We decided to give them one last try and we were so wrong! We ordered a white pizza for delivery it wasnt edible I wish I could post a picture with it. You can literally beat this pizza against the table and it wont crack. I decided to call and Rob the manager he said... "well what do you want to do about it?" I replied nothing just thought you would want to know how pizzas are going out the door. I asked if he was the only manager he said "Yep" Wow!! Needless to say we will NEVER be eating RockStar again!!

I hope the owner is able to see this. This was 1 of the best customer service experience I have ever had. Me, my wife and our 2 daughters wanted to try something different so we decided to try this pizza place.. it was great and definitely worth the price. We was welcomed the moment we walked in and the waitress (on 3/2/17 I think her name was Katelynn) was perfect on making sure we were taken care of. We will be back for sure. Thanks :)
