I ordered a delivery and waited 2 hours before calling in to find out what was going on. They said they had received several orders that mine was on its way. I then opened my front door and waited patiently for another 45 minutes. After calling a second time they informed me that a delivery driver had knocked on my door and called my cellphone. Neither of these had happened. They verified my address which was right, but the phone number they had taken down was incorrect. Instead of 8552 they had 8525. I then asked what was going to happen with my food that my two small children had been waiting 3 hours on their dinner and the man responded saying, "I have 9 orders in front of you. Im not sending out your food." Which was a complete insult to me. I had already paid by credit card online.. not to mention it was not my fault that his driver got lost and did not knock on my wide open door. The man I spoke with then proceeded to tell me I could check my bank statements within 24-48 to validate the refund! This was down right rude and absurd! Im a single mother and was spending the last of what I had to feed my children until the snow storm we are in the middle of was cleared of travel... and now I have no money to feed my kids.! I will never order anything from Rockits and I encourage everyone else to boycott as well! They are trash and will be turned into the Better Business Bureau!

Rockits Pizza is not the cleanest or the fanciest restaurant in B-Town, but it does what it sets out to do. Its a hip, quaint, rocknroll pizza by the slice kind of place. This late night pizza place is super casual, walk-in or walk-out sidewalk service right on the busy bar scene strip of Bloomingtons downtown Walnut Avenue. There are friendly employees despite the frustration of college riff-raff. This is not the place to go for some quiet after hours. Rockits menu offers a variety of sandwiches, garlic bread, stix & pizza by the slice (with vegan options). The pizza was full in flavor with fresh veggies, thin crust & a unique taste. Classic. Authentic atmosphere decorated with nostalgic memorabilia from many celebrities and performance artists. "Johnny Rockits" is not just a pizza joint. Its one of those places a person should visit if ever passing through, just to see the place. The pizza? Like no other. Served by the slice or whole pie orders, once you taste it, like me 20+ years ago, you will return again and again for the signature flavor. If you like the places that never change a thing about their atmosphere and menu, star this on your maps apps. Service, has always remained friendly and assuming. The calzone is a must. Definitely try the calzone.

Rockits is a hole in the wall that makes delicious pizza. They survive because they have among the best pizza in Bloomington. This place is the opposite of a franchised chain big box store pizzeria, and thus appeals to the counterculture artists and musicians that frequent the area. It is individual and memorable. I like the broken benches, writing on the walls, horribly lukewarm water, and delicious pizza. When its late and youve had a mostly, ahem, liquid dinner, then nothing will taste better than Rockits Famous Pizza. Nom nom nom!

Rockits Famous Pizza is the best! Sometimes its a little unpredictable in terms of quality and service and how long a delivery might take, or if that delivery will ever arrive, or if your pizza has the toppings you requested, BUT, it is the best pizza in town and its open late and it has so much more heart and spirit than other pizza places. The Rock Deal is unbeatable!

Garbage. I ordered a pizza and what I received was a pizza with the wrong toppings after waiting an hour. When I called back in they refused to give me any discount, and ultimately didnt even deliver my new correct pizza. When I called back in they claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Great atmosphere (if you like punk rock), unique fresh toppings (like spinach, artichoke hearts, etc), they have VEGAN options, and they stay open laaaate. At night, you can buy by the slice outside. They also deliver with a relatively inexpensive minimal order.
