Went their yesterday for takeout. Ive been their a have full of times and after yesterday things need to be addressed! Took 20 minutes to get my food unlike the 10 minutes he said on the phone. I get my food to go. I ordered steak fajitas. I start eating my food & NONE of my vegetables are cooked but RAW! I Only can eat the cooked steak! To be honest the steak tasted very low quality. On top of that NO chips in my bag so I wasted $5 on cheese dip with NO CHIPS to eat them. This was during my lunch. Im really disgusted with this place! I wont be coming back. On top of that I dont like being lied to on the time. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes when I got their. I am mucho frustrated!!! To summarize: I was lied to, food was Raw, low quality steak, & NO chips in bag so wasted $5. I HOPE management & the owner reads this! This is unacceptable for Cool Springs

It may not be the freatest name for a place, "The Hat", but its my favorite Mexican resturant. Their salsa and chips are the best and I love their chicken fijitas. Always a friendly staff. Also, they play actual Mexican/Spanish music, which may nit be the stuff I listen to in my own time, but it adds so much to the atmosphere.
