This was my worst Outback experience I have ever had!!! I will never return here. I went to this Outback tonight (1/13) with my sister for my birthday dinner. Our waitress, Brittany was awesome. She was very nice and outgoing. I ordered the 12 ounce sirloin cooked medium. The first time they brought out the steak it was extremely rare. I told our waitress and she apologized and said they would refire it and that the manager would come talk to us. No manager came, but the steak came out again and they had refired the first meat (including the little piece I had cut off before) and it was very medium well. I told our waitress that they had cooked it too much this time and she again apologized and sent the food back. Still no manager… a new steak was brought out the third time and it was somewhere between rare and medium rare. I told the guy who brought it out that it was undercooked. He then asked me what exactly I wanted because the one that was sent out before was medium. I told him I wanted my steak to be pink in the middle (like their pictures) and the steak he was referring to was mostly grey. He brought me a steak the fourth time and it was finally cooked right. Still no apology from a manager. When our waitress brought the check, I asked who the manager was and she told me it was the guy who brought out the steaks. Never did he introduce himself or apologize for all of the inconvenience. He did however feel the need to question my ability to tell the difference between a medium steak and a steak that is between medium well and well. Thank goodness our waitress was so great! I have not had great experiences with Outback in Nashville, but this was hands down the worst. I will not go back and if you do then hope they get it right the first time because the manager’s customer service is terrible.

Let me say. This Outback is the worst one I ever been too. I truly cannot stand how the management treats their employees in front of guest. So OK this is my situation. We came in about a month ago. We had a guy in his mid to late thirties waited on us. He was an amazing server. Kept the drinks full. Also was very professional. He knew how to do the business. The thing that bothered me was that the manager who was short fat and rude. Also he had a beard. He got on to our great server because he was chatting with us. We over heard him saying that he needed to get his a$$ to the back to help run food. We saw him and he didnt tell no one else to go back. Because everyone else was talking to their tables. After eating we started to talk again to the guy. The manager came back infront of us again and told him. He was lazy a worthless piece of S$$T. He was also mother F$$$$R. I am not please and the manager needs to be replaced. Thank for my time but I will not be back on your time

This joint is ALWAYS tore up. Heck, they probably have a line when they closed. Ive enjoyed this location plenty. Great staff and management. I do enjoy it a lot better when its more West Virginia and less New York City in terms of pace. Food is great. Steak is proper. Lovely salads. And the best cheese sauce youll find on macaroni at anyplace you go but Home. That said, pricing has rocketed, considering. I do wish it were more the Outback of twenty years ago in every way. But that aint happenin. Keep knockin em down, Outcrack! Pro-tip: If you cant find your sled after just a glass of Four Hands, its likely cause you had to park over behind the tree at Home Depot. Also: Fee-lay is the only way.

Wow. After being bothered by an extreamly drunk guy at the bar who came to our table and mumbled for a while my food came out wrong cold and terrible. The other 3 people who were with me had bad food too. I told the server and manager it was bad and i had no joke 3 bites of what i ordered i only got a discount and was charged for my food. Ot took 10 min for a server to come to the table. Ohh i forgot the manager gave me a coupon for a free appetizer for when i returned. I wont be using it at this craphole. Whats funny is the drunk guy at the bar who was made to leave knew the manager and asked her why she was fired from the bar he knew her from. Go to sonic its way better.

I remember back in the early days when this was "the" date place, a real treat. Now the steaks have been butchered to such meager portions that I wonder if they are buying inventory from the dollar store. The parmesan crusted chicken, a single piece the size of my female palm, was cooked nicely & still juicy but not seasoned, and it wasnt "crusted", it was topped with a dollop. It was my daughters birthday, but our server didnt come back to check on us, didnt take away dishes and didnt ask our party of four about dessert, and we felt having to stay there an hour & a half was too long. This place will not be on our future restaurant list.

Pungent smell walking into the door. The place is almost empty, but still waited over 10 minutes for someone to take drink order, gave my food order almost 25 minutes ago and still sitting here waiting for my food in an almost empty restaurant as I watch 3 employees in the back by a dumpster shooting the breeze. Not sure how much longer its going to be. Wont be back. UPDATE: Food finally came out. Mediocre at best. McDonalds has better salads. Had to chase down the waitress to pay our ticket after waiting for forever. Dont come here unless you have a whole day to waste.

Awesome! Just Awesome. Basically just had the perfect meal at Outback. Cant think of anything to make it better. Steak, baked potato, salad with the best salad dressing in the world, Tangy Tomato. The best bread with real butter. Plus a Bloomin Onion to start it all off with a nice refreshing glass of sweat tea. If there is a heaven I imagine there will be an Outback there. Always impresses, never disappoints. Also Michael provided extraordinary service. Thanks again Outback!

Of all the places I have gone for steaks, this location is the most consistent. I always ask for a rare steak and it comes out perfect every time. When my wife asks for medium rare, its delivered exactly that way. We like to use their curbside take away feature. Ill order from the Outback App on my phone, drive over to the location, park in the designated spot and a server comes out within minutes to take payment.

Service and appetizers were great. Steak was horrible. Ordered medium rare sirloin and was cooked all the way through. Complained to the manager and his excuse was that the steak is too thin and they cant get the right sear on it without cooking it that way. Offered to give me new steak but said it would be cooked same way so I declined. Will not go back expected better service from this establishment.
