I will start with this. We have been a customer since the opening day. Tonight we come in for dinner and the service? Well there wasnt any. The greeter was on Facebook not paying attention to anyone so we stood there for a few. Next we go sit and what do I find? Well its mold I mean its everywhere. On the walls next to us all over the ceiling above the desert bar even the grout where the fruit is. How can any inspector not see this. The mold is black and stands out plus their was 2 spots of a pink mold " black mold" . This stuff will spread everywhere even our food. The servers didnt want to bring us drinks. Michael I hope you read this and fix these issues. I dont recommend coming here for food unless the issues are fixed. Food was well a -1 in my book.

I eat here quite a bit and today was the worst experience ive ever had. It started ok but my husband and i ordered sweet tea to drink and its time for a refill they take our drinks and bring ny husband an unsweet tea and he request a new one she takes the cup and just adds sweet tea to what my husband hadent drank so we asked for a fresh one. At this point were aggravated and he finally gets his new tea and all the waitress come with her and laughed as they walk away my two friends and i advise him not to drink it and we pay and leave probably wont be back.

Food is extremely hit or miss, sometimes its decent, other times it will make you a bit sick. Last time I ate there will indeed be the last time I ever eat there, felt sick for the rest of the night after eating dinner off the buffet, and food tasted old. China East in sweetwater has alot less on their buffet, and they only have a buffet on the weekends, but their food is infinitely better, and fresher. China King also doesnt appear to be very clean. In short, I would avoid this place if youre looking for a decent chinese buffet, this is not one.

Not the best, not the worst. Its kind of hit or miss. When I first starting going here, I liked it. But the last few times, not so much. Sometimes the food looks & tastes like its been sitting around too long, like their decor. This place could be really great if theyd update it, & swap out the items that have been sitting out too long. Theyre kind of pricey too, especially on Sunday. If you feel like having a Chinese buffet, & dont care about the ambiance or your wallet, give it a try. If youre picky, you better look elsewhere.

One star because of the high prices(there is not even a wide variety of food)but 5 star to the yummy food! 2 star to the looks of this place. Food is very good but the restaurant needs an update ASAP. Needs to be cleaner especially the restrooms. I think the carpet makes the place smell bad. The buffet in Athens is very clean and yummy. China king just needs to be updated to be as good and could probably reduce its prices a little because they are too high even for kids.

Food was terrible. I love Chinese buffets and I usually still enjoy it even when others say its not that good. I didnt think there could be one I wouldnt like at all, but this place proved me wrong. I went back up and tried another plate of completely different items and it was still just as bad. Service was rude on top of the bad food.

Deffinally will not go back the food on the bar was cold I mean cold .And the high price then they tell u only 6 crab legs per. Person. I think they need to be reported to health dept. The food being so cold could make a person deffinally sick .I would not even give 1 star but had to in order to leave a review

This is the best, in my opinion, Chinese buffet in the Knoxville metro. The servers are polite. The food is absolutely delicious. They have a wonderful variety. Sushi is very fresh and delicious, and is included with the buffet. They have steak and crab legs for dinner, a wonderful variety overall.

I have been going to china king Buffet since they open. They have good food and lots of variety. The only thing I see that has change is the service of the waiters. They never seem to have time for a refill on drinks and if they do they get an attitude.

This is one of best Chinese buffet I have. I love the fresh dinner roll and special noodle with tasty sauce. And I can not believe they serve crag leg with price the have offer. We will be back again for our business meeting as they have party room

Disgusting. Rude staff, ruder manager. My daughter (6 years old) was told she was a naughty girl for leaving leftovers (and not in a nice, humorous way but harsh and scolding). It took over an hour to calm her down. Never go here.

I love in niota, I used to always go to china wok in Athens, me and mom was in loudon and decided to try china king in lonour...I never imagine any where could beat china wok but OMG I found my new fave and the staff was so nice!

We went for the dinner buffet and the food is absolutely amazing! This would have been our 4th time here and we specifically ask for Ivy, she has remembered us since day one and is so kind and friendly! Such a wonderful place!

This was the worst Chinese food experience I have ever had. Food was barely warm at best, nowhere near fresh and even if it had been fresh, the quality was horrible !! This was our first and last visit !!

Have went there many years. Food is always great. Place is clean. Its a buffet, dont expect any more service than clear plates and drink refills. Good for large groups. Sushi and hibachi are decent.

Idk why but this place always makes me sick. The ice cream is good but seems unsanitary that people stick their hands in the tub thenselves without gloves and the waitresses are pretty nice

I ate there with some guys at work. Seemed okay. Got the buffet. Most of it was overcooked but I didnt expect perfection going in. If youre dying for a Chinese buffet to eat quick it works.

They did not have anything i wanted and the food is not as good as i expected. I expected better than this but i personally did not enjoy the service.
