I had high expectations for this place. The decor and the outdoor appearance was great, I was excited for what I thought the overall experience would be but I was let down. My boyfriend and I ordered the chips and beer cheese dip as an appetizer which was decent. The chips were great but the actual dip came in a plastic/cheap looking container and left much to be desired flavor wise. Let me explain that our waiter was great, his name was Nickolas and was good about topping off our drinks and being kind and professional. He did notify us that the menu was changing tomorrow (9/6/16) because I attempted to order and item they no longer carried even though it was on the menu. The actual food was sad. Sad sad food. I ordered the fish sandwich with fries and my boyfriend ordered the Arizona el Camino burger with fries. My sandwich looked great, but the bread was too much for the sandwich. The fish was mainly batter and didnt have much flavor. I was unable to eat the sandwich as a sandwich because the sheer size of the bread being obnoxious. The fries were ok.. And I mean barely just ok. Semi soggy but it was ok enough I cold still eat them. My boyfriends food had some of the most awful looking fake orange cheese on it that I was concerned. He was less then impressed by the flavor and his main complaint was the bun not being good at all. Overall, walking into the place we both had high expectations and were let down. Inside decor was great but the vibe once you were inside was awkwardly quiet and strange. The food had a lot of room for improvement. The waiter was great and to top it off they gave us each a Twizzler with our check but it still didnt make up for the complete deal.

Five star wings, but a few things need to be improved--- Absolutely in love with their wings. The Arizona ranch, Buckeye BBQ, and Thaiercracker are our faves so far that weve tried. Sooooo good! However, the past two times we went, our servers were not the friendliest.. Kind of got the impression that my last server did NOT want to be at work. It was uncomfortable, you could tell she was complaining about not wanting to be there to other servers. Ive been a server, I know what its like to not want to be there lmao, but dont let your customers see that. This is really upsetting because our first server we had at QSL was Anya and she was AWESOME, and our last 2 servers had super bad energy. So bad that Im rating this place 3 stars instead of 5.. It made me not want to go back. Ill probably order Togo for a while I guess. Also, I once ordered a guacamole Togo ($6 appetizer) I swear to God they gave me a TEENY TINY ramekin of guacamole.. It was literally in a little Togo ramekin that you put sauce in... For $6 that is absurd, I was so pissed that I paid $6 for 3 maybe 4 bites.. unfortunately I was already home when I opened the box, or I wouldve said something. But on the bright side it was awesome guacamole, from the little bit they gave me haha

We went here for a family meal and not only was the service awful but the food wasnt any better at all. Ive gone to other locations and never have experienced this before. I notified my service of my severe food allergy and she didnt even seem to care. Not only was my drink order rarely filled but she messed up the refill on it. Now I can understand the food being slow but it was nasty and greasy. My wrap had this nasty processed cheese that was slimy and the fries that came with it were just warm. My childrens wings were drenched in seasoning salt and most of them didnt get eaten because of how salty they were. My husbands wings were the only meal that seemed to be decent. Just awful experience all around and I would not recommend this place. Slow service and awful food. Our waitress was too busy talking to another table to take care of the ones she had and didnt get a manager when talking to her about my food allergy. I like to talk to a manager to notify them of my severe allergy and she said yeah Ill take care of it. Just save yourself time and money and walk away from this location

Hello, I want to leave some feedback regarding our experience at the Knoxville, TN location. My family and I dined on Saturday, May 8th and could not have been more disappointed. First, we ordered an appetizer of chips and dip and specifically asked for it be brought out before our entree. We waited 30 minutes for chips and once they were finally brought out we did not even get a chance to eat them before our entree was brought out. Second, my wife was brought the wrong entree which had to be sent back. Third, once my wifes wings were brought out correctly they were cold and could not be eaten. Our server did not even apologize for this. Fourth, the burger I ordered was under-cooked and the sides of lettuce, tomato, and pickle were not brought out. Lastly, the link on the receipt to take the satisfaction survey did not work so I am leaving feedback this way. Overall, our experience was incredibly disappointing and we will never eat at this location again. One of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had.

Literally the worst restaurant experience Ive had! Ordered a gin and tonic, they didnt have tonic water so the "bartender" offered to substitute the drink with soda water and sweet and sour. I declined & ordered a beer off thier domestic list, as they were on special at the time. Beer came out to me flatter than a 10 year old Bieber fan. About halfway through my drink while I was looking over the menu the "bartender" informs me that the beer I ordered is not part of the domestic draft happy hour special. Despite it being listed on the domestic list on the menu and the fact he told me that it was I paid full price for the flat beverage I had ordered. Oh yeah, they also ran out of Jack Daniels after my friend order one drink and had to run to the local liquor to buy another bottle which is completely illegal in the state of TN, which also happens to be the same state Jack Daniels is made in. I didnt even bother to try and order food, they probably would have ran out of wing sauce, haha. Worst place ever!

Went there on a Friday night and got there 330 ish. Were the only ones in there besides one other table. We waited forever on our drinks and finally asked the waiter about it and he said oh Yeh I forgot. Then waited another 10 mins. Finally our drinks came and he took our order after we had been there at least 20 mins. Our drinks were empty forever and we had to ask for refills. After our appetizer another waitress cleared away or dishes and took our silverware and when our food came.out we had to wait on more. Sorry pathetic service. Worst part was the manager was sitting right there and never said a.word. No wonder we were all alone . Lol. Food was average at best. Save your money . 52.00 for hours service and sub par food. Seriously. Run!!!!!!
