Do not waste your money at this Chipotle location. My husband just placed and picked up an online order for two bowls and both ended up being completely wrong! Unfortunately, this discovery wasnt made until after he drove all the way back home with them. To make matters worse, this is actually the THIRD time in recent visits that multiple mistakes were made with an online order weve placed there. Now, to quickly summarize the issues with our latest order: 1) They apparently ran out of bowl containers so both orders were made in the foil lids. The use of the foil lids combined with the fact that they didnt even bother to try to fill them resulted in SIGNIFICANTLY less food. 2) We paid for extra meat in the 1st bowl (steak + barbacoa), but it ended up having ZERO barbacoa and the regular (meager) serving of steak from this particular location. 3) The 1st bowl was also supposed to have pinto beans, but they were incorrectly added to the 2nd bowl. 4) The 2nd bowl was supposed to have sour cream and cheese, but these were incorrectly added to the 1st bowl. I honestly dont even know how its possible to make that many mistakes in the same order. Its astounding. With limited places to pick up a quick and at least relatively healthy meal, we tried giving them multiple chances, but shame on us for continuing to give them business. That ends today. The 2nd (3rd, 4th, etc.) chances for this place are over. We will no longer throw our money away at this poorly operated and managed Chipotle. Its frustrating because weve frequented several other Chipotle locations before moving to Murfreesboro and none of them have had the issues that this one continues to have. My advice: avoid this place like the plague and wisely spend your hard-earned money elsewhere.

I ordered chipotle online and was supposed to pick it up at 6:15. There was a terrible accident on the interstate blocking all lanes and I was forced to sit in the back up for 45 minutes. When I called to let me know, the girl who answered the phone was so nice. She said she literally had the phone in her hand to call me and make sure I was okay. She told me to call when I was closer and they would remake my order so it was warm. When I finally got close enough to call, the same girl answered and already knew it was me without me saying anything. I was super impressed. When I got there to pick it up, I had a conversation with her and another girl working in the back about the accident (apparently she had got stuck in it too) and they were just so friendly and personable and it was awesome!! Ill definitely be going back just because of the staff.

was so excited to see the boro get a Chipotle; I went today and was really disappointed with the service. My son and I stood behind the counter for about 5 minutes while the staff gossiped. When they finally noticed us, we had to have the guy helping us repeat himself 3 times every.single.time.he.talked. We get it, your a college kid there for a paycheck, plus you repeat the same thing over and over: (black or pinto, mild, medium or hot salsa), but for those of us who dont have your menu memorized, it might be nice to s l o w down, act like you want to be there, and you might even consider a smile. I honestly felt like I interrupted his social hour, and he was mad about it. Dont waste your time, go across the street to Moes. Youll get about the same menu, but FRIENDLY service!!!

Love chipotle but this location is a bad example. They are so chintzy with their ingredients (and Im not a big eater) that you have to order double rice and meat to even make it worth while. They barely up enough rice to even cover the bottom of the bowl. They have often been out of the fajita veggies and last time they were out of cheese. So my son, who gets a cheese quesadilla, didnt get to order his meal. They are unfriendly and this restaurant is a bad representation of Chipotle, as every other location Ive been to has been substantial better. Ill just make the drive to Franklin when I want chipotle, this place is done getting my business.

Jeykyl and hyde of chipotles. Ive been to this location dozens of times. It is the worst in the Nashville area by far when it comes to consistency. I cant give them the benefit of the doubt anymore, this place just plain stinks.At times pretty good but most of the time low portions, terrible workers, poor mobile ordering fulfilment, and the quality of food is weak compared to other locations (poorly prepared and less fresh). The final straw was when the bag of chips we ordered literally came with 4 chips. Just plain awful... get it together chipotle.

Absolutely the worse chipotle in the franchise. If you place an order online they dont make it til after the projected time and always use the "we got busy excuse". The worse part though is they are always out of something! Tonight it was the vinaigrette at 7pm and they close at 10pm. So on one side they are poorly stock and on the other side they have no iniative to restock the product. I stopped coming here for months and after much convincing decided to give them a second chance and was proved once again to be right in my disappointment.

I am understanding that they can run out of an item but this has become habitual! Poor lack of preparation and the rudeness of the staff has discouraged me from returning again. I travel a lot with my job and frequent Chipotle locations as far as California and this location by far is the WORSE!!! Because of their portions, poor food prep and lack of friendly customer service they have lost me completely as a customer. I would rather make my own at home or wait to travel with my company again to get a better experience!

Went to Chipotle for the first time Saturday. Will never go back. The food was meh, but what really got me was the worker that told me I was childish by what I got on my burrito. I didnt say anything to her because I thought it was just a slip of tongue. But then she continued to say she would put it in a bag to make it less childish. She thought her jokes were funny, but the look on my face told a different story as the girl would not stop. Didnt even like the food, but what really got me was the workers attitude.

Delicious food. But my online order is NEVER ready at pick up time. Ive waited for up to 20mins for an order when I could have gone through the line faster. Even when I anticipate this and order for 10min ahead of time, its not ready! This is ridiculous. The staff is always nice and offer a free beverage, but when I order at least once a week, it becomes more of a hassle to order online.

Great food HORRIBLE service. Im on a tight schedule for my lunch breaks, so I always order ahead so its ready for me when I get there. Today, I got there at my pick up time and they hadnt even started it yet. Then they proceeded to help everyone in line before me. Whats the point in ordering ahead if you push me to the back? When I finally got my food, there were no forks left.
