Every time we go to the Hickory Hollow location, we usually get a waitperson that looks like theyve been up for three days smoking crack. Last time we went, we got a girl that didnt smile the whole time we were there. Not one. single. time. Red Lobster in general is expensive and the food just plain sucks. The salads have the obvious taste and texture of having been refrigerated for several hours (if not days) beforehand. The red potatoes are horrendous -- mushy, greasy, deep fried chunks that bear little resemblance to actual potatoes. And I would like to know what it is that they do to the corn on the cob. I mean, how can you screw up corn on the cob?? Sadly, Red Lobster remains to be one of the few places that we can get decent crab legs so, despite their piteous service and subpar food, we go there a couple times a year. Last time we went I vowed never to return. I do love their clam chowder and cheddar biscuits. Sigh. Bottom line: They need to either lower their prices or improve their food.

Had really bad service on Mothers Day. We waited for nearly an hour for our food and it didnt start getting busy until we were leaving. I had to go "Find the manager to ask why it was taking so long. Our server had told us the kitchen had to catch up. Finally after talking to the manager our server brought us our food. I have had better food at Red Lobster before, todays was mediocre. Only after being asked how he was going to take care of the problem did the manager say the bill would be reduced. After being told by someone else in our very small party the fault was his for not properly managing his staff that he comped our bill. Our server only had a couple of tables to work and their was one point where we didnt see him for over 15 minutes. This is the only Red Lobster anywhere near us and we will not be going back to this one. On top of everything else the restrooms were filthy.

The quality of food at this Red Lobster is terrible. I ate here a couple months ago and will never go back. The only thing that was alright were the cheesy biscuits. Everything else was dreadful. I had the Chicken Alfredo and the noodles were overcooked and mushy. The chef slopped everything on my plate and it was served cold. I also had the Clam Chowder which tasted like it was from a can. For dessert, I ordered the Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream. The brownie tasted expired and the Vanilla Ice Cream had freezer burn. I do not recommend Red Lobster in Antioch, TN.

Only deduction because their booth seating is a little too tight for food lovers like me, my potato was a little small, and my admirals feast now uses "bay" scallops instead of "sea" scallops. Overall food is still delicious and service superb. Hostess was very accommodating about the booth issue and server Brittany C. was delightful. She even took time to take pictures for another couple at their table with their phone. If you can, request her section. She was awesome. Manager seemed nice when I stopped to compliment Brittany on my way out.

I wanted the Southern King Crab Legs that are being advertised on t.v but they didnt have them so I opted for the regular king crab, pretty bland steamed, nice amount mostly joints a little disappointed , the meal came with two sides and salad , again bland ( no signature touch) signiture biscuits which were good but I wish their food had more touch /significant flavors, I would frequent more often rather than driving out of my community for great tasting food, "Not a critic, just a customer "

Good food. Weve eaten here many times. Our waitress, though new, was very attentive. We informed her of a food allergy and she was careful to check our order. She advised us to change the initial order due to the allergy. The second order would be fine without the topping, but the kitchen put it on anyway :-( Crisis averted, but they can do better.

Only reason we came here is cause we had gift cards and that will be the only reason we will come back . Other guest were loud and disruptive to other guest. Waitress refilled my sprite with water. Next time if Im in the mood for red lobster Ill make the trip to mt Juliet!!! Should have known not to come to the ghetto lobster!

As much as I love Seafood... I gave Red Lobster three stars because,for the price that they charge they dont give you nearly as much food as I think they should. My date spent $85 on 2 small plates of seafood, where as, if we had of went to Joes Crabshack, downtown... we would have gotten much more food...For the same price!

Waited for 40 minutes after I had finished my lemonade to get a refill. Waited an hour on the food before we finally told the manager we were paying for our appetizer and drinks and leaving. Waited for 30 minutes to be seated even though there were open tables everywhere. Horrible experience.

Picked up a to go order and have never been treated so politely! The staff was showing me my food as they were bagging it so that i would be assured all my items were there (it was a rather large order). Fresh bread and the atmosphere was very clean and cozy

Theres a girl that works behind the bar Im not sure her name shes a little short girl with dark hair from Alabama she is very courteous and I would like to have her serve me everywhere I go because of her professional quality and the way she does her job.
