As soon as we walked in, i was starving, i literally hadnt ate all day and I was very ready to eat asap. Every single table was DIRTY. They even set the tables up to wear they had the menus down and everything. Like it was ready. I cant believe they expect people to sit down and eat with all that nasty unsanitary, left over food crumbs from people we dont even know...GUNK on the tables, syrup smeared in several different places. It was absolutely disgusting. Food and trash underneath the tables as well. The woman who was gonna be our waitress, kept following us around waiting on us to pick a table. It made me so mad. You actually know that the tables are dirty and disgusting like that, and you think we will let you serve us to give you a tip? OH NO! I was so mad. Like wow. She heard me complaining about all of the tables being dirty and not properly cleaned. There was this one table that i thought was ok and clean at first, but then I noticed it was NOT clean. It looked like whoever cleaned the table, just swept it all to the side of the table by the napkins. GROSS! This person should not have a job serving people if you are disgusting like that and disrespectful to the people that PAY YOUR BILLS. Wont be back. I left.

This place is literally awesome. A ton cleaner than your older Waffle House branches. The staff are great and the food at this location has never let me down. I like the night shift staff best but day shift is legit too for sure. Also a great value to eat here. Saturdays and Sundays are a tad heckling to get a table but I just eat here weekdays mostly anyways so its all good. Im a repeat customer who eats here about twice a week on average and Ill tell you theyll fix it if they let you down, Im still waiting to be let down. Stop in on a weekday and try them out.

During busy morning there was 3 sets of people waiting to be seated when some old regulars were taking up a booth for a while then they get up go outside and smoke a couple cigarettes each. We were waiting to get a seat and the waitress, Amy, told us the guys werent done yet. I told her that was rude because people are waiting for seats and they just hang out and the manager or waitress would not tell them. Very unprofessional and I will not return to that Waffle House.

My food was good I had a waffle and bacon ...the bacon and waflfe were to my liking. My parents food was ok...mom didny want her yolk busted and it was dad got his food out piece by piece not all at once. Nothing major...i love going to waffle house and will continue to go unless i have a horrible experience...then i will just stop going to the location that i had horrible experience at...

This place was filthy. Waiter touched my food on accident multiple times. Syrup bottles were very stick and covered in dry, dense syrup. The grilling area was a nasty mess. I have been to many many waffle houses and almost every single was was wonderful. This place was a wreck. Great food though. Welcome to sketchville everyone.

Excellent food and service at the one I went to in Smyrna. A big plus was it wasnt freezing cold in there like some of the other ones are. It is very unpleasant to be shivering while trying to eat, plus the food gets cold in minutes when the restaurant is too cold. I wish the prices were a bit lower, though.

Wish Someone would teach the grill cook how to cook eggs. In all Waffle Houses. We were sorta afraid to ask for tea refills. The Waiter kept saying, is that all. I was hoping I took him the wrong way because I felt like we annoyed him by ordering so much food. Eggs were clear and slimy.

Depends on when you show. Some nights, the staff is amazing and focused. Other nights, theyre screwing around, blasting heavy metal, and not paying any attention to customers. The cooks are always on point, however, and the food is good.

The staff were very nice in the wee hours of the morning. Food was served under 5 minutes after I ordered & my waiter offered me a drink for the road. 10/10 would recommend. Oh, it was clean, well lit parking, everything was superb.

No gloves were used by either of the staff. Waiter grabbed lemon for the water with his bare hands touching the water with his fingers while placing the lemons on the glass. Table was never even wiped clean. Food was good

Amnesty and Blake did a terrific job had the hash browns All The Way no gravy, if wasnt so full I would have another order they were so good, the BLT was just as good.

Was there about 7:30 pm last night. 3 tables occupied. We sat 10 mins with all 4 of the staff walking by and no one even looked at us. We left. Ridiculous!
