Methamphetamines. Having neighbors who used to use the stuff, I can say with some confidence that the eratic and careless behavior of our waitress was a result of using the substance. After a 20-30 minute wait without being acknowledged by wait staff, there were at least 3 groups sitting on the benches waiting to be seated in the restaurants space which apprared to be at 30% capacity. Multiple tables were sitting empty and dirty throughout 2-3 hour stay (the majority of which was waiting for service), after being seated we did not receive silverware for another 20ish minutes, when our waiter did appear she took part of our order, and then rushed off to somewhere, while the kids were still making up their minds on their drinks, coming back about 15 minutes later for the rest of the drink order. The good news was that after ordering the erratic waitress did not return to check on us until she came out with part of our order blaming the kitchen for losing her order ticket; at which point she retook the order, but had to come back yet a third time because she still couldnt remeber our order. We had been waiting close to an hour for our food at this point. The worst experience I have ever had at any resteraunt ever, bar none.

If youre looking for a two hour lunch break, this is your place!!! Seriously the worst IHOP I have ever visited. It should probably be named ISTRUGGLE. It took 15 minutes to seat us when the restaurant was not even half full. Then, once we were seated, it was another 20 minutes before we were waited on. We asked the waitress how long itd be before the food came out (at this point, we were contemplating ditching) and she said, "a few minutes, there arent very many tickets ahead of yall." Over 30 minutes later, the food came out.. in spurts. I think the place was understaffed. None of the servers seemed happy and it didnt look like anybody was busting their tail to get people fed. This is likely a result of low employee morale due to poor management. To be fair, I will say this - the food was very tasty and our order was completely accurate. The employees were all nice but they need MAJOR coaching. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.

Oh wow, look, more misogyny on the Internet!. Tell me, why do you hate yourself so much that you have to resort to having a whole page dedicated to bullying others? And what is wrong with what this man said? Why is it cringey? Oh let me tell you something--it ISNT. Respect women or dont. Its clear you have made your choice, and youre pathetic and letting your loser flag fly. I guess thats your right, but we can all see what a pahetic loser you are. The player character is a prisoner being led to an Imperial execution in Helgen. Alduin unexpectedly interrupts the procession, destroying the town before the player can be executed. The player escapes in the chaos and journeys to the city of Whiterun to request aid against the dragon threat. After slaying a different dragon that attacks nearby, the player absorbs the dragons soul which grants them the ability to perform a shout. The citys guards inform the player that they must be Dragonborn.

When it first opened this place was great! This morning, the server kept calling me some pet name. She told us our food was ready in the window but then it didnt come out for at least 10 more minutes while she printed checks for another table. It took a total of 40 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. That wasnt the worst part! The manager - who didnt bother to run food - came over to comment... "Sorry about the slight delay folks. But you got your food, so..." Ok, I guess thats all that matters when we could have gone anywhere else to just "get food." And we will from now on. Wont be returning for a long time. IHOP Nashville West: This is posted on your Facebook page too. I hope you find some managers that are at least decent at customer service - but better yet, will run food & help the staff so your whole enterprise doesnt look like a joke!

I dont think there is anything I can say that has not already been said. Terrible wait for a restaurant that was not busy, staff very unprofessional - a fight erupted in the kitchen(which, when the doors are open is visible to the entire restaurant) our waitress spilled every little detail to us in order to make herself look better, she was sent home by management. Ive been in food service before, there are tough days I get it but to tell your tables about what is happening in the back of the house is unacceptable, patrons do not care what happens back there, they want their food and drink in a timely manner (something this IHOP knows noting of) and they want friendly, courteous staff (also not an area of expertise for this IHOP). The best part of the meal was when I saw the number on the front door as we walked out to call and leave a review!

The rush for this location is 9 AM to noon. We arrived at about 2:30 PM and had the place to ourselves. Server was great, food was great (generous portion of Country Fried Steak but you might want to request extra gravy), and the prices are reasonable for Nashville. Clean restrooms. TIP FROM THE STAFF: Ask for the warmed-up syrup for your pancakes or waffle. Apparently its not the same syrup as is on the tables. It was really good! You will want to ask for extra napkins, as the only one you get is the one your dinnerware is wrapped in. And probably extra butter. For a place that is short-staffed in a very busy location, they did great. Avoid the busy time and you should have a great dining experience.

Absolute worst restaurant experience. Staff was lazy and could tell they didnt care. Was told there was a 20 minute wait when numerous tables were open. Cook went out front to smoke in front of guests. We had a skinny male black waiter who was rude and obviously racist. We were seated for about 10 minutes no drinks nor had anyone came by our table. Black couple sat down after us got their drinks before us. He went to chit chat with the female hostess, still no drinks. We got up and left, then when I called to speak to the General Manager someone answered claiming to be the GM later found out it wasnt. THIS PLACE SUCKS AVOID AT ALL COST.

Waited almost an hour for a party of 12, servers didnt know what they were doing, sitting 2 people at a 4 topper who came in after us. Tables were empty with people waiting. Totally unorganized. Servers didnt have any answer as to why. Manager was in back totally unaware of how crappy the place runs. We called chilis just so we dont have to wait any longer. Breakfast just aint worth a 2 hr wait. Chilis had a table waiting and cups of ice and friendly smiles. Im an out of Towner so if you are stay away and go to chilis! I would of rated it a zero but 1 is the lowest. Never been to IHOP, terrible first impression.

Came in with a party of twelve. We waited an hour as smaller parties were seated where we need to sit. To make it worse, we overheard the hostess talking about us to another customer. It was like the restaurant was being managed by passive-aggressive twelve year olds that needed to be put in time out. Would write about the food (based on other reviews, Im guessing bad) but we walked out before they would seat us. I pray you find this review before you go and find a good restaurant instead. By the way, the Chilis one block over had great service and nice facilities. Tamara was a wonderful waitress.
