First time here at the restaurant and we went around for the dinner shift. The wait time getting in wasnt bad at all. For two people, we got in immediately, but it was about 10-15 minutes after we sat down before anyone came to our table to give us chips and salsa for starters and our menus. After that, everything went pretty quickly. Also, it was about two hours before closing time, so, with that consideration, it was nothing to fret over. There were quite a bit of people, even at two hours to closing time, but it wasnt too loud and pretty calm. Cant really say much about the waiter. He didnt really connect with us. He came, took our order and was gone, focusing on the other tables. He was professional and cordial though, so ehh. I had the Pascado Cancun for dinner with a sweet ice tea and it was really good. It had fish, shrimp, peppers, spinach, mushrooms all mixed in a wine sauce, with mashed potatoes on the side. The meal was slightly cold in a few spots, but nothing that I couldnt get over and mix with the warmer portions of the food. I really wanted more mashed potatoes cause it looked like they smashed it with a fork to spread out the small amount and also bigger fish, cause they were like the size of thin, small chicken strips. But the portion size of the entire meal was a great size. So, overall it was really good.

Delicious food! However the manager was rude to us and refused to take one of the kids meals off the check after they brought the meal out after everyone finished eating. My kid filled up on chips by the time they brought his food out and he barely touched it. The place only had two tables so it definitely wasnt busy. On top of that, the manager took the burger back after the server boxed it up for us to take home. I was appalled by the terrible customer service given by the manager. He said he would take half off of the meal on the check. Half off of a $5 meal? Ive seen better customer service at a fast food chain.

My husband and I went on a Friday during their busier hours, there was at least 5 groups ahead of us to be seated but we were still seated within 10 minutes, excellent customer service, our appetizer was served very quickly, we ordered ceviche and it was delicious. My husband ordered Carne Asada fries and they were as good as the ones from back home in San Diego. I ordered a shredded chicken grilled burrito that was amazing. El braceros will definitely be our favorite date night place, walking distance from the movie theater and cold stone creamery if you want to grab some ice cream for a fun date night.

It was clean, our server was attentive and sweet to our baby, and the food was pretty good. I was surprised that the menu wasnt your typical mexican restaurant menu. At every single mexican restaurant I go to I get the Speedy Gonzalez (and its usually called that on every menu). This menu was refreshing and challenged me to try something new. I give it 4 stars, because it wasnt the most awesome place Ive been, but I was pleasantly surprised. The kids menu was about $6, which is a little pricey, but it was tasty and had a good amount of food with it.

We had a bit so great experience here. Nothing huge but the food and service we received were lacking. The restaurant is very close to my house and has high reviews so we have it another shot. Unfortunately we were disappointed again. I havent been back since until tonight. The need for Mexican food was real and they were the only ones open. Tonights food was worse than the previous two times. Obviously thy do something right to have a four star review, Ive yet to figure out what. Maybe theres a secret menu?

This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in Tennessee but not now heLL no. Their menu has completely changed now its bastardized American-Mexican food and it sucks it has no taste cant even tell Im eating Mexican food I brought freinds here telling them this was the best Mexican food Ive ever had now I look like a idiot. Im not going back and not recommending it if you want real Mexican food dont go here Im very disappointed they should have never changed their menu.

Usually dine in here and the food is good service alright but... the take out service is horrible. If you order on their "app" they seem to have an issue receiving the order and will not begin making your food until you show up to pick it up. Which kinda defeats the purpose of ordering take out. After waiting 20 extra minutes my order was still not complete and had to wait another 10 minutes. Fix your app if your going to offer it as a way to order!

This place is terrible. chips are stale, and the salsa was more like ketchup. Server was rude and it was quite apparent he had no interest in his job so another waiter tried to pick up the slack. Out of six people, four of the orders were wrong and the fifth was burnt. The guacamole served was black as tar and though it had been sitting out for several hours. Not a very good experience to say the least.

First time there was cincc de mayo, they were busy so we waited and hour but i expected that. We got seated and ordered and they brought tortilla chips and salsa put right away. We ordered and the food came out so fast and the food was DELICIOUS. The service was ok. Our waitress was busy busy busy but still did great waiting on us. 10 out of 10 highly recomend.

Worst customer Service I have ever experienced , I was ignored in the bar for 10 minutes just so I could try to pick up my carry out order the only reason I would bring anyone to this "restaurant is if some one was depressed so I can show them there a reason to be happy. Because they dont have to eat there or work there every day of their life.

Service was awesome. Very quick and server had a smile and was knowledgeable about the food. I would give her 5 stars. Now onto the food. I got a burrito California with chicken. Was plain. No seasoning. Portions were also smaller than expected coming from a Mexican restaurant. The music was also very loud. I will go elsewhere for my Mexican food.

Amazing every time. Its a comfortable atmosphere, everyone there is very focused on service, and theyre drinks are arguably the best in the city. I suggest getting queso fundido. Itll change your life. Everything here is basically perfect. The only problem is everyone knows its great... so getting parking there can be a pain.

The food is good but the service is lacking. The waiters are not attentive and you end up waiting to order, for refills, and for the check. The waiters make you feel like you are not important or are bothering them if you ask for something. No bueno. Best to just order it as take out and enjoy it at home in your pajamas.

This place is amazing. They have great, authentic food. Great atmosphere and resturant design. The wait staff are very quick, polite, and courteous. There was never a time when my drink was empty. The food came out very very quick and was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely recommend this place.
