None of what happened was the cashiers fault but my god Ive never seen someone make my bowl so poorly. Undercooked rice, improper portions, and the inability to do their job. My rice was undercooked and clumpy on top of the fact that I got half scoops of rice and had to ask for extra to get the proper amount of rice. Past that I got underportioned to all hell. I dont know who was the manager tonight but they needed to be on the floor watching these people make the food. Also the butchered my gfs bowl to high hell. They put giant handfull of cheese on it, she had to ask for extra sour cream because she got underportioned the first time and when they put more on the doused it. Then we she asked for lettuce he put a pinch of lettuce on top and when she asked for more she just got a second pinch. When he went to close her bowl he crushed the lid and spilled half the ingredients out onto my bowl and then didnt even try to fix it. More than half the guac she got spilled out and we still ended up paying full price for it. On top of everything she ended up putting a new lid on it herself because she didnt want it to get messed up again. Then when she asked for her limes she got two tiny dried up limes that had clearly been kept past time. Poor service all around. You guys need to either train them better or get new people because this was completely unacceptable. I want a refund.

I ordered and paid online. When my daughter went to pick it up, they didnt have the order on their system. Luckily, I was nearby and went in to show them the confirmation. They then filled the order but when my daughter came home with it, we noticed that the burrito she ordered looked like a mini burrito (not even 4 inches) while mine was the right size. The rice in my burrito was undercooked.

The place wasnt busy at all and Im not surprised. The way my meal was prepared was just complete garbage. The rice wasnt properly cooked, the proportions where so off that Im completely disgusted by my own food. Then the fact that I had to close my own bowl was just pathetic. If I choose to go to Chipotle ever again I will will spend the extra money in gas to go basically anywhere else.

They need to get there collective act together. Slow,...need to get the portion control under control too. Skimpy at best. Been to a lot of these . To top it off the owner must have got a real deal on the lease. A royal pain to get to. Will NOT be back at this location.

This place is now open and its great! The look inside is beautiful and the staff was friendly. The parking lot was packed from how busy it was and thats before the Starbucks is open, so be warned.
