Short Story: I used to enjoy going to Fajitas with my friends - used to....the service is frequent, Ill give it that, but the quality of it is where it really matters. However, the quality of this service is AWFUL! Long Story: My 3 friends and I were out, sober, looking for some place to get a bite to eat, trying to get my friends mind off problems, so we decided to take up fajitas on their 1/2 price margarita special and their "usually" tasty food. We show up and its a little busy, not bad. We order our drinks and start passing around stories and then we place our food order. At this point, service is slow - but we didnt care. To get the night going, I bought 1 round of shots and put it on my bill. I ask her what they had and she said "Patron, something else and cazadores" I asked for 4 shots of the last one. It was really smooth and we asked our server what it was again. "Cazadores" Karla says. After eating and feeling pretty good, I get my bill - with my food and 4 shots of Patron- Resparado at $8.50 a piece on it. I pay my bill and a friend drove us home. The next day, I wake up and look closer at my bill. "$8.50 A SHOT!?" I go to work and talk to my friends about the night prior. After work, we do a little digging and find out that a bottle of Cazadores Respado is $30 and Patron Resparado is $90. We hangout for a bit and decide to go back to the same location and inquire more into this. We sit down - same server who greets us with a "welcome back," close to the same time and same service. She comes to the table and I ask her what we drank last night. "Margaritas" she says. I reply, "youre right, we did drink those and they were really good! But what shots were we taking?" Instead of answering - she just brushes it off and walks away. We enjoy our chips and such and find the red salsa to taste VERY strange - not like it usually does. We stay away from it and we get the rest of our food. I ask Karla again "so what were we drinking last night?" "You guys got a lot last night!" "Yeah- but what were the shots we were doing?" "Cazadores.?.?." "Yeah, thats it!"After a while, she comes back and collects our money and I pay for my friend because I had told him I would prior. She takes the bill and I had mentioned "Im pretty sure there was a mistake last night with our-" "There Wasnt A Mistake..." Karla cuts in. I had responded with "I was wondering the price of those drinks cause they were pretty steep!" "What your margaritas? Just imagine if you bought all of your friends those at full price!?!? That bill would have been really big!" "No-the shots, you rang us up for Patron and not Cazadores." "No trust me, I no make mistake, they were $8.50 a shot, you bought them for your friends. I wouldnt screw that up. We dont have Cazadores in the system, so I ring you up as Patron - its da same price." "Ok-I just wanted to ask." "No No-I dont screw that up." "Ok-you know the system better than i do, I was just wondering." "The price is $8.50 a shot-i no screw that up. You must have been drinking before you come in last night - you werent really paying attention to what you were ordering." "We werent drinking before and I was wondering about the whole thing - its fine." She rings us all up and brings the bills back. I thought her remarks and the situation wasnt handled as well as it could have been so i tipped her 10% of the bill - still something, following the "tipping code" of the restaurant business. We didnt even put our coats on and she comes back "Are you done signing your bills?" And starts collecting them off the table. She picks up my bill and walks back to her till and immediately comes back and looks me in the eye-in front of my friends and says, in near fluentness, "Oh, nes time I will, how you say, make sure my service is of better standards." And walks away. Not only did I get ripped off - paying for a whole bottle of Cazadores to only get 4oz of it - I was called a drunken idiot in front of my friends and got an attitude for not tipping enough-and bled for more money. Quality food and service?

Very bad service.... I went with my family last night and we arrived roughly 10 minutes before their advertised closing time of 10:00 PM, (advertised both online and on their door sign). The "open" sign was turned on and there were people still eating inside the restaurant. When I tried to open the door, it was locked, so we waited for one of the employees to cone and open the door. The young lady greeted us by saying that they were no longer accepting sit in customers at that time. I then told her that we just wanted to order to take out and didnt want to sit in. She then asked what the time was and I told her that it was 9:50 PM and we still had 10 minutes left before their advertised closing time. She then asked to wait a second and then went back in and let someone know that we wanted to order to take out. She then came back out to say that they had already closed the kitchen down for the night. This is horrible service, especially since I had made sure to get there before their advertised closing time and had driven from 20 minutes away. I will never visit this restaurant again. Word to the owner/management... This is false advertising. You should not close your doors a minute earlier than your advertised time. The time said 10:00 PM and doors should close exactly at time. The Good News was that we ended up going to EL Cortez not too far away from them and instead of ordering as a take out, we ended up eating there and enjoyed a wonderful and very tasty dinner at the other restaurant, where they did not turn down our business.

Have been meaning to try Fajitas for a while, so on Valentines, when leaving the movie theater that shares a parking lot with the Frankfort location, we saw the open sign on and decided to drop in. It was 9:36 and instead of being greeted at the door with a hello or welcome, we were approached by a young woman who told us they werent taking any more seatings! The sign on the door said they were open to until ten and again the OPEN sign was on. I went to their website to send them a comment but their link would not connect. Needless to say I dont feel this company is very interested in new business or in what their customers may have to say! So, if you are thinking of going in for a night cap and the open sign is on, you may want to call from your car to be sure they will welcome you, before you set out into the cold, only to be turned away! (If I could have posted this without giving a star I certainly would have!)

Ive given this location several chances.. the service just isnt worth me spending my time or money here. Ive been to the other locations and the service is doable NOT great. This location is NOT doable. Yesterday evening our server was not attentive I had to ask for silverware, didnt bring our food together and I paid foot money for a med frozen/ blended margarita and 1/2 was chunky ice which could not be drank with a straw. Super frustrating and I think this will be my last time here. Food was the usual but the wait and delivery is just so disappointing and it makes me mad that a meal I wanted to enjoy with my family was basically ruined by servers stink attitude
