This Chipotle is the worst Ive ever been to. I ordered online and when I arrived at the pickup time my order still wasnt ready. These teens had me waiting for 15 minutes for something that should of already been made. 5 employees were behind the counter socializing. I lost about 15 minutes of my lunch time because of these people. By the way, the restaurant cleanliness is very poor as food scraps can be found all over the floor. The worst part of it all is they never apologized! I wont be returning.

This place was ultra conservative on toppings for my burrito bowl. Asked for corn and tomato salsas both were applied as a portion of a level scoop. Additionally, got chips and guac, made it thru half the guac before finding my first sliver of onion. Also, no tomato in guac, that might be the norm, dont usually get guac here, but it was free thru Chiptopia. Also, this was the slowest Chipotle I have ever seen!

They wouldnt accept my card and gave me a bag of chips instead of food I was coming to order for 3 people. The worst part is that it was Sunday and I was their last customer... They were literally going to throw everything on the line in the garbage when I left... But wouldnt give me food because their system wouldnt read my perfectly find card?? Haha. Theres plenty of restaurants around. Skip this

This Chipotle location used to be the best spot, I would drive extra even though I live closer to the Tinley location. Sadly all good things come to and end. Within the last year service has declined greatly, you can tell they are just hiring warm bodies that just want to collect a paycheck. Hopefully they can over come this with better trainig and applicant selection.

Made our Salads then after all our fixings decided to tell us no more Salad dressing. Furthermore almost didnt want to make more until we insisted...we ordered two Patron Margaritas and when she came she delivered 1 half full cup?? Then on top of the ice, there was something red floating around! This was some horrible service all around. 1st and last time coming here!

Chipotle is always tasty! If youve never tried the Softitas, you should. Its well-seasoned and cooked tofu. Im not a vegetarian (or anything close to it), but I always get the Sofritas. This particular location always serves smaller portions than others Ive been to. That being said, I always have extras, even at this location.

Im just here to say, being the Chipotle fanatic that I am, Ive been to a quite a few restaurants and this location is the only one that has SPOONS. Why dont all Chipotle have SPOONS ?!?!? I never understood that. It always make me happy to come across a spoon cause its make my burrito bowl experience better lol

Maybe not the most authentic of Mexican cuisine, it is nonetheless very fresh and delicious. Simple menu keeps the lines quick, and there is a good enough mixing and matching to make a meal. All the ingredients are fresh and their meat is a bit better than pure conventional meat.

The meat is cold as ice. They were nice enough to remake my tacos but by the time I sat down (in the establishment) the meat was cold again. My whole family had the same complaint. I think we will take the farther drive and go to the one in Romeoville.

My experience was excellent Ahmer and Aliea were awesome they deserve raises as far as im concerned and i would recommend this particular chipolte restaurant to anyone i know ....thank you so much and i will be back soon

This place used to be great. One of the last posts was completely correct. I would drive distances to go there. Now, the food is ok and the service sucks. Im not going back to this location after todays poor visit.

I love Chipotle and this location is one of the best I have ever been to. Fast, friendly and fresh! They dont skip and its consistent. I go here any time I can, which is often and I always get amazing service!

Typical Chipotles. Workers have always been friendly, since they opened in the late 90s. Bathrooms could use some touching up in cleanliness, but considering the crowds that come through understandable.
