I ordered from the website and drove 15 minutes out of my way to pick up the order. I arrived home and it was completely the wrong. Whats more, I paid the ridiculous soda price only to find out on my way home that it was seltzer water. I called in and they werent even able to tell me what they had given me. Whatever it is, its ice cold and was likely sitting on the counter when I arrived for probably 30 minutes or more. You get what you pay for and it looks like I paid for absolute mediocrity across the board.

I see a couple of other reviews complaining that some things werent ready for them when they showed up. Chipotle gets crazy busy and restaurants run out of things. Ive only been to Chipotle twice, and both times were at this location. The staff is pretty awesome, the food is good and quick ((especially the guac))

I wasnt a big fan of the food so when I went in to order with a friend I expected the same experience. I expressed my issue with the food and Moe the server suggested that I swap some choices that I had in my burrito bowl and it turned out way better. Moe has made me happy customer.

Food is always good and fresh however I went here yesterday and the serve acted like she had an attitude with my and my sister. Plus they didnt wanna give my sister extra rice. Ill continue to come back because of the food but not for the customer service.

great place to eat. food is fresh and always good. The service is fast and friendly. The store has a very industrial look and its clean. The price is reasonable. The line can be very long after 6 at nigh, so if you can get there early do so.

It was so crowded and the workers were trying to get the customers through quickly. However, they were just "slopping" the food in the trays. No real care taken. They were also giving very small portions of everything.

Too slow. So easy to train each station to standard process but not at this location. The well run stores process orders 3x faster. Disappointing. Food quality is to standard
