This Villa Park location is the worst location Ive been to, and not just based on one visit. This is my third time in a row with the same issue and its solely off the lack of guac on a veggie bowl. Three times Ive come in to get my daughter a veggie bowl. Shes vegan, and gets no meat, veggies or dairy. Its a bowl of rice and beans, mild salsa, guac and lettuce. Not even joking, the portion of guac has been sadly lacking the past two visits, but today...todays visit has determined we are never coming back to this location. No joke - she got maybe three tablespoons. If you arent sure, go look at an actual tablespoon for measuring. This is a joke. The guac is the ONLY REASON she loves coming here, and today I had to pay an extra $1.95 for a side of guac because there was hardly any on the bowl. And because I work around here as well, it appears Ill be directing the office I work in to the next closest location as well. You should send your employees over to the Addison location. They know what the hell they are doing over there.

This is the best Chipotle staff anywhere. I come here daily and they make me whatever they want and it is always amazing. Amber and Ahmed make me something different every day. Their customer service is the best I have ever had at a restaurant.

Very little meat . Im paying about 8 dollars for only rice with lettuce . Does not make any sense. Other chipotles serve way more meat . I cant wait till they open Wendys next door to them .

New store has a layout similar to Chicago stores. Also try the new Chorizo burrito. On point with spices and herbs. Girl with the tattoo crushed the assembly line during lunch time.

Having been to quite a few different chipotles, I can say with the upmost confidence that this is the best one by quite a bit. Friendly staff, quick service, and is also quite clean.

I ordered a chicken bowl and when I got home (5 min away) the rice and chicken were soooo cold! So gross, I could not even eat it. Very disappointed :(
