The grilled chicken very good. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by 2 counter associates at the Pleasant Prairie store. A girl with glasses started laughing at me when I would look at her. She would talk with the young man next to her and they would both look at me and start laughing. It happen the 3 times, every time I looked at her. When, I sat down another very nice young lady came to my table and asked how I was and if I needed anything. She also came back to my table when I was leaving to tell me to have a nice day. I run a business in the area and I am happy to say my employee appreciate our customers...we do not make fun of our clients! My lunch hour is my time to sit and relax not having to rush through lunch because I am very uncomfortable. I wish I would have gotten the gals name that came to my table...now that is good customer service. Will, I go back...I think not. I will also get our gift cards for our business elsewhere!

My boss ordered us lunch on a Friday as a treat for working hard all month long. We placed our $60 order online to make it convenient, upon receiving our 3 salads we had no salad dressing. My boss asked me to go to back to request this needed part of our meal. When I got their the cashier told me it should have been in our bag, it wasnt it. I was then informed they did not make the salad dressing that day because they were behind. They offered to give us something else instead. The salad dressing is what makes the salads good and is a common staple for the menu. Finally the manager agreed to make the salad dressing. I was not impressed, I spent half my lunch waiting for them to make the salad dressing which should have been made when our order came in online. I should not have had to come back or been lied to saying it was in my bag. I got no apology. My boss got no compensation to her $60 order. This was absolute terrible experience.

Been eating chipotle since 2005 so 10+ years of easily over 300 chipotle meals (never got sick). Ive ate at this particular chipotle probably 25-50 times since it opened and I have zero complaints. Staff are friendly, environment is clean, getting through a line doesnt take long (unless you got burrito noobs taking their sweet time), and food is delicious 9/10 times. Ive read few other reviews, here are my tips: * Humans make mistakes, check your bag to make sure everything is in there. * Dont call over the phone to place an order, especially if for a good amount of people. Fax that to them or order online (if you can, never ordered for more than 5 people). * Yes you can get a burrito/mexican food all over the area but good look finding a place with quality ingredients like chipotle. * Be assertive - if you want extra of a food, then tell them what they gave you wasnt enough. * Be thankful

I usually love chipotle. Food is good. No complaints there. My gripe is with the service at this particular place. When i walked in, employees behind the counter didnt notice me for about 5 minutes because they were chit-chatting with their backs to me. I mustered up my best fake cough. At which time the friendly blonde haired girl behind the counter said a couple minutes and shed be with me. She went on to spend another few minutes wiping the counter before finally allowing me to place my order. When i ordered i was informed that the onions amd peppers were out. No more. Perhaps more could have been prepared, or perhaps the counter could have been wiped... instead of the impromptu breaktime. Anyhow...i do love chipotle and i will update my rating if next trip in goes better.

I havent even been there yet and have already had a bad experience. I work for a car dealership and every saturday we order food for everyone. So our manager was told by one of the employees last week to call 24 hours ahead for the next time. So my manager did that for the next weekend and they say they can not do it. They must really not want our business because this is a big company and they obviously do not care about word of mouth because it is ridiculous how weve given them plenty of time to prepare and they tell us no were not going to do that. Ive worked for plenty of restaurants and this is not how customers should be treated. Thank you Pleasant Prairie Chipotle, you have now lost our business.

This was once my favorite Chipotle to go to, the people are nice and the food is usually amazing. But now this place frustrates me. I still like the people there and the food is USUALLY amazing but three out of the last four times I had ordered my food to be prepared at a certain time (and even with me coming in ten minutes after the time I had set) they still have not prepared my food. One time the cashier had ignored me to continue talking with her friends. I go to pick up my lunch during a 15 minute break. But because they forget about my order I end up getting late to clock back in. This is getting frustrating!

This location is by far the worst Chipotle Ive ever been too. Absolutely horrible service. The workers were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the food they were making. The girl asked me THREE times if I wanted rice because she wasnt listening. The guy she handed my food off too walked away in the middle of making it to sweep the floor in the back (which was funny because EVERY single table in the restaurant was filthy) management needs to explain to these people to STOP messing around and talking to each other and pay attention to the food people are paying you to make!!!

The worst chipotle place Ive been too I was looking so forward to them opening so close to my house so I didnt have to drive to Racine but there customer service is trash, rude employees, cant roll or wrap a burrito, the meats always cold and over cooked. Very disappointed poor management skills. On the other hand chipotle in Racine I would rate them 5 stars no waiting line polite staff, fresh meat, and they know how to roll or wrap a burrito perfectly. Id rather drive to Racine and get quality service and food.

Love chipotle but this one is aweful, workers stand around and have no clue what to do, I asked for fresh steak because i didnt want the crappy scraps at the bottom of the bottom like the person ahead of me. They workers cooked and cut up fresh steak for the person infront of me then gave me the old cold stuff. The person infront of me held up the line so long my food was cold and my tortillas were ice cold and hard by the time I ate. 10/09/16 4:44pm order #332

Worse location ever. I ordered a steak burrrito and I requested fresh meat that was just being done and staff were looking at me as if I asked for something extraordinary. Then my burrito was wrapped so horribly that ended in the plate and the table. I mean how hard is to wrap a burrito? Apparently impossible at this location. By the way even though the "fresh" steak was overdone and tasted like cardboard.
