The customer service is good and the service is quick, my biggest complaint is how they serve the food. If you order a sandwhich of any kind with all the toppings on it you will get a soggy bun, with the toppings and sauces dripping all over the place (More than 5 times Ive had this happen) Fries are always stale and cold unless they JUST got done, and last but not least a "chicken wrap" is a chicken strip wrapped in a tortilla. Other than that the service is great and they are friendly, but their food prep could use some improvements. I understand its fast food and they can only do so much, plus for $5 its a great deal.

My first time eating here. I was extremely impressed with my burger. It was almost as good as my dads burgers! I also had cheesy fries and slaw. The fries were OK but the cheese wasnt much to my liking and the portion was on the small size. The slaw was nice, I enjoyed it. Their shakes are fantastic! I had hot fudge and carmel. Clean dining area. Not sure about the restrooms since I did not use them. I recommend this place if you are looking for a great burger!

Barbecue plate is amazing and the cheddar burger, well, Ive never tasted a burger THAT good! Real French Fries! Yummmmmm! The dining room is ALWAYS clean (at least when Im there) & the service is impeccable. Everyone is pleasant and smiling and helpful. If you want to get something from Cookout, go to the one on Wilma Rudolph. If you visit the on on Riverside Dr (in front of Hooters), youre sure to be disappointed.

The burger was smaller than the palm of my hand no cheese the barbecue sauce was disgusting the burger you could tell was microwaved it was not juicy at all dry as I dont know what and barely edible fries were good so it was good but the hamburger not so much the chicken nuggets that I got or hard as a rock and couldnt even eat them and they were way overdone just like the burger

A great place to eat the BBQ basics, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Pulled Pork and Grilled Chicken. They have 40+ milkshake combinations on-hand and Coke soft drinks with free refills. I loved their combo because you get two choices of meats, two sides and drink. If you want a milkshake its only $1.00 extra. Large dining room, Clean bathrooms, and a Drive-thru for your to go cravings.

I really like this fast food restaurant. It is not expensive at all. Whenever you get the chance try the hamburger with the coleslaw in it. It was so good. My husband decided to take a bite and he loved it also. We needed up driving back that same very night to get him his own. I didnt want to share anymore.

Fantastic Great food and super clean. Nice atmosphere fast service was totally blown away that a burger joint could be cleaner and immaculate when the major chains and rest of Clarksville restaurants are filthy. Kudos to the manager and staff for having a great place to eat on a clean table in a great place

How have I never been here before?! Amazing!!!!! Menu design sucks but the food is to die for. Order the 5 dollar box thing. I had the burger with chili and hush puppies... Great pick. This location has indoor seating. Used to be the abandoned Long John Silvers but they spruced it up. Try it out.

Customer service is always great here. Food is always hot and fast, and you cant beat the price on a cook out tray. Even if something comes out wrong on your order if you let them know they fix it with a smile. They always have the best milkshakes and cheer wine float is number one for me.

After waiting for 24 minutes for my order, it was wrong. Pointing this out to the cashier only resulting in her going through the items in my $56 bag. Got home and they had shorted us my granddaughters hamburger and fries. I have visited there twice... FIRST AND LAST.
